Born in Brownsville, Brooklyn, DJ Dom Nice is known in many circles as one of BK’s best kept secrets. For 36 years, he’s been consistently focused on the art of being a DJ and what that truly means. Way back before he could even afford DJ equipment, he literally taught himself how to scratch on his parents’ record player. To the amazement of many who doubted this was possible, he would prove them wrong every time. Scratching with the dexterity of the pros and flipping the volume dial in place of a crossfader, he would flawlessly mimic the sound of his influences, Grandmaster Flash, Red Alert & Terminator X. Although, hip hop music has energized him to become a DJ, he spins all kinds of music in different decades, having the average music lover coming for more.

 Fast forward to the present, Dom Nice has carved out his own style and is still impressing crowds with his control of the 1’s and 2’s. Now a part of Team Ace DJs, his resident resume includes spinning at Bleachers, Eve's Lounge, Frank’s Lounge, Rustik Tavern, and the Five Spot as well as training students in DJ techniques at Long Island University’s WLIU-BK Radio station from 2007-2014. Equally as committed to the requirements of being a “radio personality” as being able to spin records, he spent his earlier years at WLIU learning how to communicate effectively on radio, interviewing artists from Maino to Method Man to T.O.K. to Phife Dawg. He has appeared in many internet & college radio stations like Spinz FM, Beatminerz Radio, WPIR (Pratt Institute), WBGU (Bowling Green State University, & DTF Radio.  In 2016, he joined the promotional DJ team of a newly formed plum flavored liquor brand named Plush Vodka.
