Alex Pelayo A.K.A:  LX XLER8, born in Los Angeles, CA.  Los Angeles is a well known central hub of all genres of music, if you can expand the mind, there is an endless variety of music to be lost in.  In the 80's, a musical interest was molded and it took a path of digitally generated beats.  The Los Angeles Hip Hop scene was very heavy in bass and rich with underground flair. One of the biggest influences of the time were Beastie Boys and Run DMC.  Live acts were easy to catch in LA and a passion for music grew into an insatiable desire to see as many live acts as possible.  Venues of all sizes capitalize on the music junkies of L.A, but a real love for music harvested from the energy of large out door festivals, taking in all the different styles and molding a new passion for music.  In the late 90's, this passion grew into a desire to organize and orchestrate parties and at the age of 17 the first event was manifested and the alias "XLER8" was born.  A continued interest in different genres of music remained, but a digital path direction was chosen when electronic acts such as Daft Punk, Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method, Portishead, Propellerheads and even older artists such as Beastie Boys, were also transforming their sounds with electronic production. 

Very shortly after having a life changing experience during a Steve Angelo 6 hour Dj set in the very underground Hollywood club Avalon, the project known as "FLSHBCK MUZIK" was born.  Built on a shared passion for House music between Alex Pelayo and Joel Avila.  The agency has been very dedicated to Global Unity through Music, reaching out to dj/producers from all over the world.  The agency has had the honor of being one of the few and in many cases the first agency in Los Angeles to feature appearances of House music producers such as:  Andrea Quirico aka: NKDj (Heatflow Records Italy), Luigi Rocca, Manuel De La Mare, Alex Kenji (Hotfingers, 303 Lovers), Go Go Bizkitt (Scotland). FBM has united many music lovers locally by throwing parties with local producers such as Dumbsteppaz (Los Angeles Dubstep), AJ Mora and Avalon resident Steve Prior. 

The current musical direction features digital production with heavy bass-lines and elements from Techno, Tech House, Disco, Dub-step and many more.

David Isaac has been an avid fan of house music since 1994.  In 1995 he relocated from his hometown of Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA where his interest in DJing really began to blossom.  After a couple years of passing out mix-tapes to the local promoters in LA, he finally got his chance to play at “Insomnia”, one of LA’s most notable after-hours parties that took place in the late 90’s.  It wasn’t long before he became a resident at “Insomnia” and at a Sunday weekly event called “The Mix”.

In 2010, he relocated to San Francisco where he enjoyed over a year of being a resident DJ at Temple Nightclub before finally moving back to Los Angeles in 2012.  His time in San Francisco introduced him to the Burning Man community, and upon returning to Los Angeles found himself knee deep in the local micro-festival scene.  During this period he was blessed to be a resident of the Blackbird Bus art-car, and co-founded a weekly event with Christi Mills called “Unity”.  In 2021 he relocated once again, this time to San Antonio, TX where he's now a member of "Mint Condition", a DJ collective with Adam Madrigal, Alain Baylon, Anthony Garcia, and Culliere.

David has several releases on a handful of record labels that include Wulfpack, Be Adult, and Temple Music Group.  In the late 90’s he and long time friend DJ Tone released a white-label mash-up of Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean and Madonna’s Holiday.  Now, they have teamed up again and have begun to release music as “Vert Der Ferk".
