This set is intended to be a journey through multiple realms and vibes. In the beginning, we dive into the Elegon. This realm is consistent in heavenly soft tones, ambient soundscapes and deep pulsing bass. 
As we near the precipice of the Elegonic progression, we begin to merge with the Umbra. This realm features mysterious, brooding, middle eastern tones. 
The listener begins to rise through an aural firmament, and the realms seem to merge into a specialised synergy of sound., This creates a heightened sense of the dream, amplifying our memory of what was and what is being experienced ~~~~

I do hope this gave you some sense of wonder or awe as a different kind of bass music experience.

What an unbelievable moment to play before and after the effigy burn at Kiwiburn 2024. The break around 23 mins is when I turned the music off for the burn. Being able to bring in prog for the entire festival was so special. 

Seeing the moon dancing in the flames of the burn and hearing the roar from the crowd when I dropped the song back in was an incredible moment in my life

Quitting performing in order to grow and hone in on my craft.

This was one of the most special sets I have ever played, quite literally the end of an era and huge part of my life.

Aaron Fractaltribe - retro prog demo

Where it starts and where it ends are two entirely different happenings but that's the beauty of an Ellie Walsh set.

Ellie Walsh has taken many different forms recently, genre blending and exploring the likes of House, Breaks, DNB & Psytrance but I have to admit I feel a true Ellie Walsh set is technical, a melodically progressive and textured journey that's equal parts hefty and heartbreakingly deep and raw Techno.

“So many experiences that I have had because of music have been pivotal points in my life. I wish to create these experiences for other people through my feelings. When a new genre or style of music resonates with me, it feels like it opens my mind and amplifies my love for myself, my existence, my path. I believe that when people are playing music for you, there is a two-way exchange of energy where someone can make you feel their experiences through their music. A temple of you.
