New release from EDM Underground Bourne - Runaway EP with Deep House mood and great remixes from Ilias Katelanos, Specdub and Analog Trip Bourne%%u2019s career started on the beginnig of the new millenium. In his %%u201Estudy years%%u201D, in 2003 he was first discovered in an unusual way, he created the website of the Club of Colors, and he had been worked on its operation for two years. Because of this he established many notable connections in the Hungarian night life. After another two years he came up with his own music site which had strenghten his status and gave him further networking opportunities. Along the music site he developed and operated his presence in the night life as a DJ became constant, moreover he started to make his own songs as a producer. With his high class creations he enriched several DJ%%u2019s disk case like Moshic, Tarkan, Felipe, Mihai Popoviciu, The Timewriter and Hernan Cattaneo. From the autumn of 2008 he joined the Deaf Company formation, and at the same time he established his studio at home, furthermore he became resident DJ at Pub Fiction Club in Sopron and Makambo House in Ajka. Deaf Company is a successful DJ project, within this project he is one of the DJs while he is responsible for graphic design, website editorial and for promotions. The year of 2009 gave him other challenges when he established the Oversized Records which became one of the most vanted independent e-music record label in Hungary, while internationally was considerd among well known labels. The %%u201ETalent Of The Year 2010%%u201D was the outbreak in his career, in the competition of the most popular Hungarian electronic music magazin, called Soundhead.hu. In 2013 he challenged himself again, the outcome is that he is now internationally recognized. He was the first Hungarian producer who released with his EP at i! Records which belongs to the legendary American musician and DJ, Kevin Yos t. Alongside his producer and DJ career Bourne has found his unique specialty in the music industry with live effects as he is improvizing on the DJ stage with his own sounds, loops and other elementery rhythms. Zwette & Poulecard - 'Feel' (Krumm & Schief Remix)

 British powerhouse Alan Fitzpatrick returns to Figure with his second EP on the label after 2009's 'Weed Killer / Science'. Since then its clear that Alan has continued on a dedicated, valiant quest to find his own sound, and the results are on show here, with a heavyweight, emotive and futuristic Techno three-tracker.Like a warm rush of endorphins on the summer breeze, Alan's rich up-building sound is perfectly represented in tracks like 'A Subtle Change', with its jubilant stab-led melody, or the modern club-weapon vibes of 'Trigger Finger'. Harking back to late 90s UK IDM and 'proper' dub-Techno atmospheres, Fitzpatrick then gracefully crafts a down-tempo, space-out version of 'A Subtle Change' for the B-side, providing the afterhours sessioners with a new buzz-track.

DJ Emerson finally returns to his own imprint after releasing on CLR, Nonlinear Systems, Analytictrail and Desolat. "Call it what you want“ is an old school kiddaz.fm-style track something that reminds of his first two long players.
A furious breakbeat and a pitched down vocal remain the core elements of this tune all spiced up with some funky bassline licks and a quick acid injection. The remix from Frankfurt based duo ACENSOR really strips things down to the essentials and comes in handy as a super functional techno tune. "Your mind" is a more simple piece of rolling raw techno with cut-up field recorded noises and emersons own voice.

Back at our mammoth Stay True Scotland broadcast earlier this month, one track came real close to bringing The Caves' roof down during Nina Kraviz's powerhouse headline set. "I Wanna Go Bang" very nearly executed its titular statement – well, if the song was more about wrecking balls and less about...oh, never mind.

The vocals that stalk the track, so wholly devoid of humanity, rub up against razor-sharp claps and serious bounce in the subs. It's weighty warehouse techno of the highest order, set to devastate dark basements and big tents alike throughout the year. Simply put: Icelandic producer Bjarki has delivered a bomb.

With ‘Can You Handle It’, we welcome back Ryan Dupree on Stil vor Talent after a longer hiatus. The result was definitely worth the wait though, as Ryan presents two catchy deep house weapons that can easily hold their own next to the genre’s big success stories of the past months. As a bonus, Ryan’s SVT100 compilation track can be found, alongside a convincing Teenage Mutants remix. While ‘Joy’ offers itself as an uplifting slice of house thanks to rolling percussion, chopped diva vocals and an elastic bass line, ‘Take Me Higher’ aims for the peak-time. Here, menacing acid sounds meet wild claps and a thunderstorm of synths. The title-track ‘Can You Handle It’ then focuses on a low-slung, driving bass line and pitched-down spoken word. Lastly, Teenage Mutants reduces the original’s elements to the essential to create a slow and spacious groover. You can literally smell the club’s sweat.
