Tim Green is back… with his forthcoming debut release entitled Just People / Monomania, out on September 23rd, on his new label concept Disc Over.

Neoteric in concept, Disc Over is an exciting stage from which Tim will unleash some of his most colourful musical creations, elevating the quintessentially divergent roots of Tim’s music to new heights. The label will afford him the opportunity to be considerably more diverse in his musical output, showcasing a meticulously curated selection of work from up-and-comers and, of course, his peers. An extension of Tim’s personality and current tastes, Disc Over promises to be a sound foundation for forward-thinking music.

Kicking it all off with two original tracks, Tim’s Just People / Monomania veer toward the dark side, musically rich yet teetering precariously on the edge of techno, with two amazing remixes from Timo Mass and My Favorite Robot making this a stunning debut release package for Disc Over.

Following up on a stellar 2013, Timo Maas kick starts the new year with the final remix package taken from his album, ‘Lifer’. This is his latest offering since “Tantra” EP ­ which was received with rave reviews and featured across Rolling Stone, XLR8R, Clash, as well as played by some of the finest djs on the circuit from Seth Troxler, Maceo Plex through to Luciano and Danny Tenaglia.

“Lifer Concluded“ EP acts as a who’s who in production with remixes coming from Maceo Plex’s darker alter ego project Maetrik, Addison Groove who just dropped his killer new LP on 50 Weapons, Romania’s finest Livio & Roby and Crosstown Rebels mainstay Fur Coat just ahead of their massive forthcoming releases on Bpitch Control and Hot Creations.

Further afield, Timo has a brand new remix for Hackman coming soon on LA’s Halycon as well as putting finishing touches to a super exciting new project for My Favorite Robot, which rest assured you will be hearing a lot about. As usual you can expect to see a jam­packed touring schedule with dates from Berlin’s Watergate, through Tokyo’s Air, across the world at Miami’s Treehouse and of course Ibiza’s finest clubs.

Rockets & Ponies continues to gather steam with Timo and his production partner Santos collecting music which straddles the somewhat disparate worlds of underground electronic music and credible muso pop. The next release from one of Germany’s best jazz musicians Wolfgang Haffner come is backed up by remixes from no less than Ricardo Villalobos & Max Loderbauer, Nightmares On Wax, Timo Maas & Acid Mondays, so keep an ear firmly to the ground.

Timo Maas feat. James Lavelle - The Hunted (Of Norway Remix)

Label Boss is feeding his creature as usual to grow the Techno machine and catching the right vibe to amaze always the listener thanks also to the great range of producers landed on Analytic Trail. This time Markantonio is proud to introduce DJ Emerson, a DJ/Producer from Germany’s scene and CLR Crew that features a lot of productions released on labels like the same CLR, Brood Audio, Electric Deluxe and many others. He’s now landed on Analytic Trail with “Audiopot”, an original track remixed by Flug that doesn’t need introductions due his previous work “Drummer” released on the same Analytic Trail and remixed by Markantonio himself.
Original mix is a straight Techno track, made by industrial old school sound elements and rolling background synth stabs, the listener can drag a dark mood in the middle of the track catching the dub vibe of the drum tricks takin’ over.
Flug remixes “Audiopot” making a wilder version, dark bass sounds and atomic synth stabs are the engine of track, carrying on the listener in an hypnotic Techno dance trip.
Nice job from Germany to Italy, via Spain that’s the power Analytic Trail expansion in the Techno boundaries and not only, thanks also to contribution of the loads of producers always making an amazing work for the label environment.

Secluded bounds back onto Soma with another double whammy of solid big room Techno smashers. The Glasgow based producer aka Hans Bouffmyhre is really hitting home with the new alias and finding solid ground on Soma. Ukrainian duo Woo York bring their talents on the flip for a essential remix.

Remember heads things up with thunderous percussion and wave after wave of typical driving, pulsating synths from Secluded. Easily found on the biggest of dance floors with plenty of jack.

Forces Of Nature gives a more rave element to the EP. Slowly progressing saw waves seep through an evolving pad as subtle rides sit atop that perfect 909 clap and punishing low end giving the perfect Techno Tool.

Woo York round off the EP with the funked up version of Remember. The duo don't mess around and get things going straight away using fast paced drums and a more muted, dubbed synth to great effect.

Ukrainian duo Woo York blast back to Soma with yet more hypnotic, analogue based Techno with the Siberian Night EP. The duo are on fire right now after a string of releases on their new home label of Soma and this ep is backed up with a remix from the Glasgow based Edit Select who bringing his own, unique stylings.

Siberian Night gets going in true Woo York fashion as a looped out, growling acid bass line has things moving a full pace from the get go. Vangelis-esq pads sear through the heart of this monster giving a retro feel while Woo York really work the percussive end of things to keep this tool kicking.

The broken beat Iron Curtain moves things in a lighter direction as a subtle synth line breathes soul into the big, bouncing low end. 909 drums get rings moving as subtle flicks in the filter bring the synth line to life opening slowly into the break before going back into head down - fist pumping action. 

Edit Select turns up on Soma once again for remix duties and does another fantastic job of title track Siberian Night. Working on the principle of less is more, Tony keeps things minimalistic in his approach but manages to firmly stamp his authority on the track. A rolled out, hypnotic baseline leads the way as ethereal pads slowly work their way in through the spine of the remix.

Powerful techno once again from Woo York as they continue to devastate with their raw, analogue sound!

In the first in a series of special EPs form Soma, UK Techno pioneer Luke Slater, under his Planetary Assault Systems guise, joins rising star Flug to provide their own interpretations of tracks taken from Slam’s amazing new LP, Reverse Proceed. 

P.A.S drops his interpretation first and his unique, twisted, techno vision shines through almost immediately and thunderous drums belay a cacophony of intense, siren like synths as Luke deafens with intent with his rhythmic prowess. After this unrelenting synth workout, things get more heads down as subtle hi hats keep things on the upturn. Luke delivers a seriously monster remix, typifying the P.A.S sound

Argentinean born, Barcelona based Flug definitely hold his own as he comes crashing in with his very own monster remix of Factory Music. Using the original tracks twisted sequence, he easily makes it his own. Adding his explosive drum patterns all building towards one almighty drop allowing him to rebuild the tension that he does to great effect.

Soma brings two levels of experience to this first Interpretation package and both deliver with frenzied results.
