Mosaique Records is a quite recently born russian label from St-Petersburg run by Alexandr Moralez. They made a nice very limited tape release of 50 copies last november and are ready to step in the real game. Their first 12" soon to be released is all about acid, electro & analog stuffs and showcases a nice international cast. We loved the CCO release on Endless Illusion so decided to premiere this tasty "Epicycles" track by the swiss producer Florin Buchel, enjoy !

Subtyl artist collective has been making waves in the french underground scene for the past 7 years. Described as “one of Paris most dynamic techno promoter” by Mixmag, the collective has had a major role in the french rave renaissance, by organising clandestine events in industrial spaces. 

Last year, the collective opened its own venue in a former hallal supermarket called Megadestock.

A place that embodies the collective ethos, based on solidarity, passion and support for emerging talents.

To keep pushing this agenda, we are now releasing a 13 tracks compilation by artist we invited previously at our event. Ostalgia is Rhys Fulber’s second album for Sonic Groove following the success of last year’s Your Dystopia, My Utopia. Like its predecessor, it continues his interest in pushing new boundaries in industrial techno, with kicks and bass lines woven together with clinical precision to cause intense speaker pressure, and atmospheric synth lines that will dig deep inside your mind. The title and the original socialist realism mural on the cover refer to Ostalgie - a romantic nostalgia for the old but comforting ways of Communist East Germany - and a yearning for rigid systems after progression into the future has led to chaos and uncertainty. While the music on Ostalgia is at times a reflection of that chaos and uncertainty, it also refers to Rhys further exploring his Germanic ancestry.

And although the sledgehammer beats of 12 Steppes and Fission evoke
Rhys’ previous work with industrial pioneers Front Line Assembly, he is not simply paying homage to his past musical escapades here. This is
forward-looking music, not content with resting on any past ideologies.

Wandering around quantic and Newtonian worlds, The Exaltics, Das Muster, Datawave, Module 3F, Promising Youngster, Mönsul and Vronsky convey an homogeneous message, without losing sight of their creative individual characters.
As he did in the latest N2MU release, Xergio Córdoba (Eternal Midnight Mastering Studio) has been in charge of mastering duties, while the Galician visual artist, Plástica, has created the artwork for the project, taking the label to a sober, elegant and geometrical aesthetics, according to the conceptual theme of this new release.
