A younger friend of mine turned me on to this track. I knew about JuiceWRLD (and his recent passing)and certainly Marshmello, but something about this song hit home for me. 

I think right now we're all dealing with some version of this. We're dealing with COVID, inept leadership, division, loss, sadness. It can feel like we're all "f*cking up and wrecking sh!t" sometimes. This song is everything I feel about 2020... and every genre I can possibly throw into one track: rock, hip-hop, house, EDM, pop. I just can't stick to one genre lol.

I hope you'll kiss your 2020 goodbye with this song, a FREE download. Say goodbye to bygones, and begin again in 2021. No resolutions, just commitments. No promises, just love and effort.

One final note: as a person in recovery from addiction, I recognize that there is a drug reference in this song, and that JuiceWRLD passed from an accidental overdose. It breaks my heart and it's not anything I'd encourage - but I'm *not* here to censor another artist's thoughts or feelings, especially after death.

As a musician he's performed his original electronic music with a live band and frequently incorporates live instruments into his DJ sets. He's produced over 90 songs, instrumentals and remixes, and even had his original tracks used on MTVs Real World, Road Rules, The Hills and Making The Band. His latest single "Halo (feat. Julia Vo) was featured and shared on Dancing Astronaut, the biggest EDM blog His most recent LP, “Last Man Standing,” as well as a remastered version of his first EP “Breakup” (1998) are available now on iTunes and Spotify. From 2010-2013, FM was resident DJ for Revolution Raleigh at Lincoln Theatre, the first monthly *cirque-themed* EDM party in the Triangle area with average attendance of 400+. FM also DJs Mardi Gras at Castle McCulloch in High Point twice a year, and the Couture For A Cause/Shop For Good fashion show in Raleigh to benefit Activate Good.
