He also uses various moniker(s); with one in particular; “Mouzakis”; being the identity for his progressive/tech house tracks; heavily supported by the global dj’s who are heavy influencers in the electronic music world. His tracks have been played from the likes of Tiesto; Paul Oakenfold; Danny Tenaglia, Superchumbo, Oscar G, Sander Kleinenberg, Deep Dish, Solarstone to name a few. Whether it’s live or as listening to one of his tunes, Roger-M wants to embark on an emotional journey with you, strap on for the ride!

Biography:

Florian Wenz, born in 1979, is a DJ and producer from Eching, Germany, performing under the name DJ Spacig. Diagnosed with progressive muscle dystrophy as a child, he has been wheelchair-bound since age eight and now relies on constant ventilation, with limited mobility. Despite these challenges, Florian is nearly independent in his music production, using a mouth-controlled PC interface to compose and mix tracks a testament to his motto, "Tough durchs Leben gehen" ("Go through life toughly"). His releases include music videos for "Loose Myself" (December 2014) and "Supernova" (November 2020), spanning genres from trance to children’s songs. Florian’s music is available on over 30 platforms worldwide, through labels like Black Hole Recordings and Smilax Records. In March 2022, his track "Safe Control (Extended Mix)" reached Beatport's Top 100 Trance chart. Living for music, Florian dreams of becoming a renowned DJ and composer, inspired by Paul van Dyk, with whom he hopes to connect. Supported by his family, care team, and long-time collaborators Johannes Then (sound engineer) and Diar Nedamaldeen (multimedia assistant), Florian’s story is one of resilience, talent, and ambition, proving that physical limitations cannot confine his passion or potential.

Cold Blue’s ascension into a Trance superstar over the last two years has been nothing short of extraordinary. He has consistently delivered release after release for the world’s top Trance labels including Subculture, Kearnage, WAO138, Pure Trance and FSOE, as well as compiling and mixing the Subculture 2018 CD, which was a 70 minute club mix containing all his own productions. It is momentum like this that has now put Cold Blue in the Top 10 Trance artists on Beatport achieving three #1’s and countless Top Ten positions.
 
As a DJ his ever-increasing popularity is reflected in his touring schedule. Debut festival performances at EDC Las Vegas, Dreamstate So Cal, Tomorrowland, Airbeat One, alongside arena shows in Australia, the United States and the UK have propelled him into a position amongst the Trance elite.

2019 will see Cold Blue shift up another couple of gears again and his studio has already gone into complete overdrive. This year big releases are forthcoming on Subculture whilst there are also whispers of a debut artist album. It’s these artistic capabilities that have cemented Cold Blue as a premier league artist who has a massive part to play in shaping the future of Trance Music.
