E3UK have the pleasure to present a special tribute to the legend of Punjabi music; Surjit Bindrakhia. Sung by Saini Surinder, and produced by Gupsy Aujla ‘Bindrakhia Tribute’ is set to release 19th December worldwide. The single is available now to pre order on iTunes.
 
Saini Surinder is already riding high on the success of the international hit ‘Rendeh’, which saw him team up with Dr Zeus in early 2013. The ‘Bindrakhia Tribute’ will see Saini Surinder end the year in a similar fashion. A unique collaboration between UK’s finest musicians, the song re-creates the best moments of the iconic Surjit Bindrakhia’s musical heritage.
 
The ‘Bindrakhia Tribute’ once again brings together one of the most prolific duos in modern Punjabi Music; Saini Surinder & Gupsy Aujla. Having already delivered a plethora of hit singles including; ‘Bhangra’, ‘Get Funky’ ‘Sida Sada’ & ‘Gabru Rangeeleh’. The music maestro Gupsy Aujla delivers an outstanding musical performance, delivering justice to the iconic lyrics first penned by Shamsher Sandhu.
 
The tribute, dedicated to arguably the great Panjabi singer of all time, Surjit Bindrakhia, who’s untimely death in 2003 left a monstrous void in modern Punjabi music. The ‘Bindrakhia Tribute’ sees Saini Surinder re-live the timeless classics of Surjit Bindrakhia 10 years on. With classics such as ‘Yaar Bolda’, ‘Dupatta Tera Sat Rang Da’ & ‘Bas Kar Bas Kar’ all re-produced and re-sung in this tribute.
 
With all the music produced by Gupsy Aujla, ‘Bindrakhia Tribute’ also features a number of talented individuals including; Jatinder Singh Shergill (Sarangi), Juggy Rihal (Tabla , Dholki & Additional Dhol), Paul Sampson (Guitar), Jelly Manjitpuri, Shiv Marli & Team (Backing vocals) & Tom Lowry (Mixing – Planet Studios)
 
Speaking on the tribute, Saini Surinder states;
 
“Surjit Bindrakhia is my idol. Growing up, he was the one singer that I looked up to. I studied at the same college in Punjab as Surjit Bindrakhia, so he was always my inspiration when I first began to sing & still is to this day.
This tribute for me is a very special song and I wanted to make sure it was done in a special way. I have tried to deliver my best vocal abilities to try and do justice to the great hit songs. But there is no one better than the original Surjit Bindrakhia – he will always be No.1”.

Having released four singles this year, 2014 has been the busiest year for Organised Rhyme, a label that is creating a buzz in the Asian Music Industry.

The fifth single on the 2014 roster sees them launch another new talent who was showcased by BBC Asian Network in 2005 on the Adil Ray Show.

Wizzy Wiz has been signed to the label for the past three years, developing his sound and getting ready to become a house hold name as one of the most exciting new Producers in the Asian Music Industry.

Having spent time learning from members of the team, he has already been responsible for releasing Official Remixes of two Northern Lights singles “The Ladies Anthem” “Mr & Mrs” and Mehis first single "Pyar Diyan Gallan".

His First Single is a vibrant dancefloor anthem called “Hath Pallah” and features the vocals and lyrics of world famous Jelly Manjitpuri, responsible for writing some of the biggest songs in the Asian music industry.

After the worldwide success of his debut album "Bhangrafornia," featuring the well received song "Kente Wale Gabaroo", North American producer Hargo Boparai is back with a brand new single in collaboration with producer Arpan. The single entitled "Taur," features the melodious vocals of Jaggi Singh, accompanied by music and a style that is atypical to the Punjabi/Bhangra scene.

An understudy of Ustad Lal Singh Bhatti, Hargo learned the value of a traditional style of Punjabi music with an equal balance of modern beats. One of the few producers residing in the United States, Hargo has worked with major artists such as Surinder Shinda, Master Saleem, Pappi Gill, and Bakshi Billa. In 2011 Hargo released an original album entitled "Bhangrafornia" which was in the top 20 on the I-Tunes world charts in the United States. His most recent project, a tribute track entitled "We Area All Sikhs" featured Sati Chohan and the Bol Punjabi De production team (Harvi Bhachu) gained national attention and was also featured in media worldwide. Hargo has established himself a pioneer of the Punjabi music scene in North America, beginning as a deejay, developing into a remixer and eventually maturing into a original producer.

Arpan, an electro and dubstep producer also based out of California, began his musical journey as a drummer for a rock band. Living and experiencing many cultures and styles, Arpan was born in Atlanta raised in Boston and India, eventually settling in the Bay Area, California. With influences from artists and bands such as Thrice, Skrillex, Dilllon Francis, and Zedd, Arpan is a talented musician that can also play both the drums and the keyboard.

The vocalist, Jaggi Singh is based out of Punjab, India and is a well respected and accomplished singer and song writer. He has worked with many major artists worldwide throughout the Punjabi music industry. A good friend of Hargo, this is the third project that Jaggi has contributed to for Hargo.

This blend of talent has been mixed seamlessly to create a unique sound in the single "Taur", a mix of bhangra and house. With the support of Tigerstyle's Solider Sound Recordings, Hargo and Arpan look forward to sharing their sounds with the world and let their music do the talking. Here is an exclusive re-production of the hit track "Pani Da Rang" featuring the late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan by KINGH, a California based music producer and multi-instrumentalist. KINGH was honored by being selected to do one of the last Friction Labs ever on the BBC Asian Network - Bobby Friction Show in mid-October. His task was to re-produce - Pani Da Rang, composed by Ayushmann Khurrana and Rochak Kohli (Vicky Donor), into a completely new style within one week. 

KINGH is a U.S. residing music producer, multi-instrumentalist, disc jockey, and performer. Born and raised in Nigeria, Africa, KINGH started his training in tabla at a very, very young age. After over a decade of intense classical training from several Ustads, including Arshad Hussain and Ustad Bhai Baldeep Singh, KINGHpicked up the Dhol and started training under World famous Ustad Lal Singh Bhatti in both folk and classical styles. In North America, Ajit has tremendous exposure and experience in both the Indian classical and folk music.

KINGH inspirations include the late Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, late Kuldip Manak, Wadali Brothers, and Hans Raj Hans, to name a few. KINGH passion for music led him to start Djing and remixing when he was 16, and eventually into production. He  released his first debut single with vocalist and sister, Harleen Singh, titled "Leja Kite Door." This was released early 2012 on the album "Kalikwest Connected Vol. 1" featuring top producers and singers from around the world. He looks to continue his production career by combining Eastern music styles - Sufi, Punjabi Folk, Indian Classical - with popular Western styles. Along with his debut single, Ajit recently released "Amb Da Bass" as a tribute to Kuldip Manak, along with "Panjabian Da Dhol (Ajit Singh Dholstep Remix)," where he carefully combined strict Punjabi rhythms with accents of Dubstep. KINGH looks to influence the world of music as his inspirations have.
