URAL NOSTALGIA

Summer

I have just spent 45 days walking 630 miles for charity.

It was an amazing experience. Pushing myself physically and mentally every day. Totally in the wilderness, away from creature comforts, living in a tent, carrying everything with me.

It was a chance for me to process my demons. Looking for inspiration on what direction my life was going to take.

This is the first mix I have done since i returned to civilisation. It's on the deeper end of the spectrum. Music for the soul.
