I've been a percussionist since 2003 (band in school, to jazz band, to being a rock/metal drummer in Dark Summit and Audi-phile). I decided after, that I wanted a more unique sound displayed, I turned to keyboard/synth 2007. After Audi-phile disbanded in 2009, I decided it was time I made my own project, sounds I have been wanting to emit. And thus I made Drummer On The Throne. After a few years of finding my style and voice, I retired the name after only 4 albums released and rebranded to simply Mike Xerxes Gomez.Since rebranding I've released the albums Tribute, Man of the Gods and Malice. I'm currently working on Slander and Legacy.
