Born and raised in Southern California, David Devine began collecting and playing vinyl in the mid 90's. Never conforming to one genre, his mixing abilities take the listener anywhere from House, to Techno, Disco, 80's, and Throwbacks.

In early 2007, David decided to hit the club scene, and by that summer, 'Re:Fresh Outdoor Gatherings’ was formed, launching their first party in San Diego. It was clear from the beginning, that David wanted to do something new and different in the music scene, and what better way than having a Day Party; bringing together a sound system, established and aspiring local DJ's, friends, families, and even strangers, to gather under the sun for the love of music, dance and unity.

Having wrapped up their 17th season this year, 'Re:Fresh', has grown into a staple of summertime traditions on the coastline in lovely, San Diego, and continues to bring out the best in local talent and special guest collaborators, bridging communities both in and out of the music scene.

M.Parks. started DJing in 1997 in Houston,TX. He initially started buying house records but after being influenced by guys like Andrei Morant, Tim Xavier, and Chris Anderson from Houston he took a big turn into the harder Techno sound. 

After a 10 year hiatus from the electronic music world, he has come back into the scene in Dallas, TX. Over the past four years he has been focusing his energy to start bringing Techno back to the forefront of the Dallas scene. "Its all about Techno and having an opportunity to push the sound here locally and I am honored to represent Techno here in Dallas."

VOLZ is a dj/producer from San Diego CA specializing in a variety of house and bass music ranging from deep and tech house to uk garage, drum & bass and more. Submersed in music since a young kid Volz began playing drums and writing music at the age of 14 playing in bands ranging from reggae and jazz to rock & metal. He starting getting heavily involved in the So Cal Dance music scene in the late 90s from promoting & throwing parties to designing club flyers to djing and producing. You can thank his strict diet of jungle, house, grime, hip-hop and garage while growing up for his eclectic dj sets that may cross & blend genre borders but still maintain a cohesive flow from track to track . VOLZ has solo releases out ranging in styles from deep house and garage to electro, drum & bass and more. Some of his side projects include Robots in The Garden & the electro prog trio US VS THEM including Zachary Zammaripa & Steve Austin with releases on Armada, black hole and Magik muzak. Radio support from the likes of Judge jules, Sander van doorn, Marcus Schossow, laidback luke, Andy Duguid, AC Slater, B.traits, Foamo & more.  
VOLZ holds down multiple residences in San Diego and has headlined shows as well as opened for some of the biggest names in the industry. Volz continues to push his bass heavy sounds into the future & with a slew of new material, gigs, internet radio show and teaming up with SUBDVSN Volz doesn't seem be slowing down anytime soon.
