Maria Beatriz iniciou cedo seu relacionamento com a música. Com 7 anos, tocava piano e com 9 já estava se apresentando no Teatro Nacional de Brasília. Iníciou sua jornada, como DJ em 2012, tocando Psytrance. Auto-exigente, não demorou a receber convites de muitas festas e festivais do Centro-Oeste. Continua sua busca de aprimorar pesquisas e técnicas, tocando Twilight e Forest.

Alguns núcleos por onde Ishtar passou: Zuvuya Festival (GO), Samsara Festival (MG), Psycotrance (DF), Terra em Transe w/ Ianuaria (BA), Forest Family (DF e SP), Samadhi Parvati Festival (MG), Music On (DF), Multiverso (SP) e outros. Hoje, está envolvida na Warm Bookings, dando também seus primeiros passos na produção musical.
