ACTIVA & REVOLUTION 9 - THE FALL (JOHN ASKEW REMIX)

As many of you know, we produced two vocal versions of the same instrumental track which began as this very track, written with our vocal power force Polly Strange called 'Numb'

We experimented a new vision for the track with a different vocalist, due to some personal reasons on both Polly's side and our side with the specific vocal in this track and over time the recently released 'Feel My Heart' was born and we made that version the official release.

As time ticked away, many of you who originally connected to 'Numb' requested us to release it. The perfect opportunity presented itself to do this with the Amplifyd platform and after discussion with Polly, we decided to release this special version as a Christmas Day present on the platform to all our fantastic subscribers.

With our first release for nearly a year we, at Digitized are delighted to be back...and we are back with a bang. Next up, our 95th release comes from Kevin Crowley in the form of Windmills. By now you will know what to expect from us and this tune is no different. With a banging original supported by a great remix from Noon and Morgan.

The original has thunping kicks and big basses driving it along with loads of energy with intricate textures and effects that help build the tension. Atmospheric plucks and subtle keys build this nicely to the break, before hitting you with a uplifting chord driven melody and guiatar pluck counter melodies that are sure to really lift the dancefloor up to a huge climax before hitting them hard with the kick and bass complementing the melody perfectly on the drop. A great original to bring us back from our break in releases.

On remix duties Noon and Morgan do wha they do.... hit you hard and with loads of drive. Chunky kicks and heavy basses make this remix a real pumper. Using the melody and acids to build the tension this tougher rework brings with it a similar feeling of tension in the build, before dropping in the melody with huge saws and expansive pads. Building up to the drop the acid gives an indication of where it's going, before the track slams back in in a way that will send dance floors mental.

We are well and truly back.....and boy is it good to be back...... Expect more of the same very soon.

The track bears all the hallmarks of MR.BLACK, Infected Mushroom and SKAZI’s trademark high-tempo Psytrance influences, as a stuttering bassline underlines the tracks intentions from the start, maintaining the intensity throughout.
