First fell in love with electronic music in the 90's rave scene. Out of all the genre's its Trance that has my heart and soul, especially psy, tech, tough driving beats that put your hands in the air and goosebumps everywhere!

Bryan Kyes began his trance journey at 9 years old, stomping the Play Station 2 dance mat to Lange - Drifting Away at 2am until his parents ran in yelling at him. Having a dad who was a computer engineer led him to learn how to torrent music at 10 years old, in elementary school, downloaded the entire discographies of ATB, BT, PVD, AvB, Above & Beyond, and Shpongle. Having no idea that trance was the music being played at festivals like EDC Los Angeles, he was surprised to find out the music he had loved his whole life was being played when his friends invited him to Beyond Wonderland in 2012; Beyond hosted A State of Trance 550 that year. That night he was taken in by Trance Family LA and learned what P.L.U.R. was all about. He couldn’t get enough, he began DJing in his room and attending every show in Southern California. 
Bryan was an Emergency Medical Technician during this time, and when he decided to start a trace radio show on SoundCloud, he thought it would be funny to name it Emergency Medical Trance, everyone liked it, so it stuck. In 2016, he was given his lifelong dream of becoming a firefighter. This opportunity was in Alaska which made it bittersweet seeing as though there was no trance community there. He decided to take it into his own hands and moved his radio show from SoundCloud to 91.5FM radio in Fairbanks, spreading the beautiful melodies of trance to Alaska for the first time. A short while later he moved to Kodiak AK for another firefighter position, where he became the resident DJ for the only club on the island, Bernie’s.
Bryan ended up spreading Trance all over Kodiak before finally moving back to the lower 48 to be closer to family. He took another job as a firefigher and rescue technician on a Naval Base near Seattle, to protect the men and women that serve his country. A huge bonus to this move was finally having a new trance family to call his own... Seattle Trance Family. After becoming close with multiple promoters and DJ’s in the area, he was blessed with several gigs, getting to open for Anjuna artists like Sunny Lax and Re:Boot, to faster tech trance artists like Simon Patterson, Jordan Suckley, Ganesh, and recently being given his first headlining show.
