It is all about timing; with their debut album "Atoms To Atoms" across three stunning pieces of vinyl coming later this month, the timing is perfect for a 55min mix with a good few unreleased/up and coming tracks from Zodiac Childs and some of their favourite artists alongside tried and tested heaters old and new. 

Zodiac Childs channels the spirit of UK hardcore; sonically leaning on the sounds of electro, classic breaks and techno. They tend to take their audience on a journey across the entire nightlife experience, from atmospheric opener to the energy of abandoned northern English factories and mills, rusted and empty yet filled by 303 basslines. 

With otherworldly EP releases on Exalt, Further Electronix and their own Zodiac Wax they will now finally add to their impressive discography with their new LP:

‘This album is a proper snapshot into the mind of Zodiac Childs & the foundation of what’s to come. It’s all about a genuine vibe, a feeling, a love for playing with energy & emotion. With an open mind and always in a search for fresh musical experiences, Gabriel Le Mar likes to integrate himself in different artistic constellations with his dub-inspired TechHouse project Dublocation as well as with the artistic collaboration with Dr. Motte.

Born in 1984 and based in Gothenburg, Sweden. John H has been DJing, as well as producing tracks, since the late 90s, with early musical influences spanning across a wide range of genres, from Detroit techno to IDM, Cologne acid craziness and the sound of Chicago house tracks.

The musical output of his DJ-sets usually spans between various forms of techno, house or acid depending on the time and location. On rare occassions during the summer you might also find him spinning electronica or ambient in some forest in the middle of nowhere.

His goal, he explains, is to give the crowd a fresh and different experience each time, but always taking them on a journey thru sound and dance.

John has performed on several locations all around Sweden, but also done appreciated gigs in other European countries at clubs like Tresor and Culture Box. His music has been released on labels like New York Haunted, Another Earth, Acid Lamour, Riot Recordings, Bond, Sway, Drumcode, HMWL and Flight Recorder, while also being featured in sets by DJs such as Sven Väth, Adam Beyer, Joris Voorn, Dense & Pika, Cari Lekebusch, Alan Fitzpatrick, Karotte, Gregor Tresher, The Hacker and many more.
