DJ Spider Live on Mark Ronson's Authentic Shit Show (2006)

A 90 min mix of Classic Hip Hop I did for Rock the bells radio on SiriusXM!! I had SO much fun putting this together. Z-Trip asked me to do it while I was on the road so I recorded it live in a hotel room in Nashville, check my instagram for proof haha! This latest unreleased DJ AM mix from 2008 is probably as close as we will ever get to another Elton mix. This mix was recorded on February 28th, 2008 for a Nous Modeling Agency Private Party held at the now defunct Area Nightclub in Hollywood. This was originally a full 3 hour mix but I’ve cut it in half because the second half was all club oriented mixes that we’ve heard many times from AM in previous mixes. I may post up part 2 at a later date. Part 1 of this mix is 90 minutes of Adam playing music he loved and it tilts mostly towards alternative music from the 80s to 00s. Hope you enjoy!

DJ AM's only set performed in Italy - almost exactly one year before his passing.
He had agreed to let me record the night if I did not share it with anyone. However, the time has come to let you all hear just how good he really was. 
I edited the track and removed the warm-up, opening and closing sets, however the full DJ line-up was as follows:

The night was insane! He was a true master at his craft. We pay homage to him and remember him with this recording.
