🗯🗯 How Did Corona change your artist life? 🗯🗯

It basically flipped it all on it's head, and almost overnight. ..after
years of travelling to other cities almost every weekend to play gigs.. 

to sitting at home, wondering when things might return to normal. At first it felt like the perfect time to
just sit and write music, and have some down time.. 

but I found it harder to be motivated without the life that I knew, and the inspiration from all that came with that. Overall it's taught me a lot in the last year, about what's really important.. 

and how to manage all of the emotions that come day by day, and how to keep focused and positive.

🗯🗯 Where did you record the mix and how did you feel? 🗯🗯

I recorded it in my studio in Berlin.. to be honest I found this a bit hard to put together, as my musical taste has been changing almost every day.. sometimes it can be really hard, or more melodic / softer.. or very experimental.

🗯🗯 What are your wishes for the time after Corona? 🗯🗯

For everyone to take something from this time, maybe more respect and appreciation...
that we learn from this time and not just switch back to the way we used to act before.

@pan-pot’s Second State delivers the next installment of their compilation series, welcoming fresh talent and label mainstays for a dynamic fusion of intensity, character and the thumping techno that the esteemed Berlin imprint is best-known for.

Footwork’s head honcho Jay Lumen pays homage to his trademark heavy bassline and vocal samples in his contribution ‘Dust’, a rasping cut with a rebounding male vocal, that evolves into rave territory for its final ascent.

BIO:

    In Lisbon, 1993, Daniel Fonseca enhances the taste for electronic music. It begins, in 2000, to adapt to the new scene and mixing on private parties and other festivities between friends (PsyTrance). In 2003, and more developed, plays on a bar in Santos and in a free party at Marateca and also had the opportunity to play on a Festival - Sun to Sun of OtherWeeds Label for 700 people, in Nazaré with Sally Dollaly and Nomad.

    In London, 2006, is interested in other musical styles and begins to invest in equipment and starts producing (House Progressive, Techno and Tech House). His greater influence is Techno, but the Tech House helps to bring new sound intensities to production, which after the fusion, the music, from 2008 until now, it ramifies for a more Funky House / Tech House genre.
 
Arising, in 2025, MadSystem, with a new sound, wider and bewitched, this brings us to dance and makes us travel.
