I went back to the elements of PT. 9 with that raw sound 🔊 with mostly raw slow-sounding underground tracks.  Straight raw gutta sounds that the streets remember from the '90s.  A lot of these artists never really blew up to go big time, unfortunately, but to the streets they were number one and a lot of these tracks still bump hard on the streets till this very day.  Now I did balance it out with some notable artists that had tracks that were just as hard-sounding as the underground ones that are on here.  I was working on 3 playlists at the same time so this was the last of the three.    This playlist was finished on 02/26/2022
