Week three of our whistle stop tour of England's finer artists, and landing a bit of a coup today crew. We've not had to move far to find a creative force in full flow right now. Capturing a slice of this force thats finding its path onto the USB sticks of our scenes more discerning DJ's, in a mix loaded with exclusives and yet unheard material... GIVE IT UP TO FOUR CANDLES! 

Four Candles is a globally renowned DJ & producer who has released music on Bedrock Records, Forensic, ICONYC, Krafted and many more, including his own Keep Thinking imprint.
 
Influenced across the spectrum of electronic music and with a penchant for melodic & progressive house, his music has made its way into the record bags of many esteemed DJs. Indeed, ‘Devious’ was supported by none other than dance music luminary John Digweed and it wasn’t long until the track had landed on Bedrock Records and into the ears of discerning clubbers across the globe. 
 
In lineage with his unmistakeable sound, yet with a positive disregard to conform to style, he simultaneously released ‘The Traveller’ on BBC Radio 1’s Krafted; a heart-warming melodic house raver which not only landed him airtime on BBC Introducing, but also firmly positioned him as a notably versatile and exciting studio talent.

As a DJ, his sets have been lauded as “hyper-creative and forward thinking” by WePlayMusic; a statement vindicated by his recent Transitions guest mix with John Digweed, placing at Number 1 across the global Mixcloud chart within days of release.
 
Hype aside, lock into a Four Candles set and you won’t care for any of the superfluous industry chatter. There’s a core reason why there is so much love for his vibrant and expressive DJ sets..

Nicolas Ruiz,  dj/productor que inició su carrera en Misiones, Argentina, donde fue creciendo musicalmente y forjando una gran trayectoria. Ha realizado lanzamientos para prestigiosos sellos como Renaissance, Hope Recordings de Nick Warren, Plattenbank de Guy Mantzur  & Sprout de D- Nox entre otros. Compartido cabina con grandes referentes como: Nick Warren, Guy J,  Pryda, Dave Seaman, D-Nox, Soundexile, Roy Rosenfeld, Martin Garcia, Baunder, Facu Carri, Marcelo Vasami, Mariano Mellino, Deep Mariano, Diego Roca, Mariano Trocca, entre otros.

Participó en algunos años, del actual evento electrónico mas grande de Europa Street Parade. También participó del super evento Swiss Nightlife Award, donde le tocó hacer el Warm Up a Eric Pridz. Sus producciones son pinchados por Hernan Cattaneo, su primer lanzamiento fue en el renaissance master series de Nick Warren donde obtuvo un gran ingreso con el sello discográfico del mismo Nick Warren en Hope Recordings. Hoy en día reside en Misiones
