Heavy House Society drops a high end collaboration between two heavyweights, Sidney Charles and Archie Hamilton for a standout two-tracker. On the Reset EP, they both deliver a pair of refined, groove-driven cuts that showcase the depth of their shared house and minimal house sensibilities.

'Reset' is built on a tight, swinging groove that fuses chunky basslines with crisp, shuffling percussion. Subtle chord stabs and atmospheric flourishes, inject depth and tension, while the stripped framework leaves space for momentum to build. Slick and modern, it's a hypnotic rollercoaster crafted with underground dancefloors in mind.

On the flip, 'The Future Is Now' keeps things locked to the floor with a punchy low-end foundation and rolling percussion. A wicked mix. lots of favourites, lots of Trade tunes, brilliant! I have zero info on it, absolutely nothing apart from it saying 1996. If anybody knows where the club was, it would be much appreciated. You`ll get the same impression that I did, I think I`ve heard this one, then a different tune comes in and you realise, ohh, this is a rare one! Just enjoy it!

Mention Electronic Dance Music and a name that will crop up is Matt Handy a DJ that has been there from near the very beginning. 

Long before the internet super highway, mobile phones and satelite TV. Matt was trying to help promote electronic dance music to a wider audience by copying cassette tapes, sharing the love of records, teaching others to play and arranging convoys to underground partys in the most unique places.

He started playing with Decks and Dance music at the age of 12 in 1986 on his Dad's very primitive turntable. From then on he has been DJing constantly since the mid 90's at 1000's of events across the UK and Europe and run his record shop Hands On Records since 1995.
