It’s s immediately apparent why his music catch flame quite so quickly. It’s almost like if every tracks could grace a radio somewhere or other. It’s tone is set by the wash of a folk guitar, lazy grooves, swirling organs, great trumpets arrangements and sometimes female voices. It’s full of subtle orchestration, quirkiness, sophistication and well written tunes.
