International Chrome’s new Data Planet series aims to provide a platform for the best new and up-and-coming artists on the Electro scene to release full EPs. Each release will come on cassette tape, and will feature a remix by the next artist in the series.

First up is the appropriately-named Maiden Voyage from Belarusian producer and DJ, Viikatory. Her first full release, comprising six tracks of Electro dreaming of intergalactic travel, backed by remixes from International Chrome boss, Jensen Interceptor, as well as UK producer, Cyphon - a Brighton-based producer whose work will appear on Data Planet 002, The Thousand Order.

Hailing from Minsk, Belarus, Viikatory is a DJ and Producer specialising in fast-paced Electro. After hearing music by classic producers like Kraftwerk and Drexciya she got hooked on that sound, later finding a love for the harder edged music of Jensen Interceptor and AUX88.
Only making music since 2019 she has absorbed production techniques at a fierce pace; classical training from a young age adds a harmonic side to her gritty and high-momentum tracks.
Her tracks have featured on compilations from labels such as NoService and Crazed Behaviors. Her first solo release is due out on International Chrome in October 2021.

International Chrome is a label focussing on electro, booty bass, and other club-oriented party sounds run by Australian producers, Jensen Interceptor & Assembler Code. Since 2018 it has released music by legendary producers including The Hacker, DeFeKt, and Amadeezy, as well as the hottest newcomers on the scene today such as LUZ1E, Jpeg.luv, Cyphon, and Dagga.
During 2020 the label also launched a series of compilations called International Chromies to raise money for various charities close to the artists’ hearts. The first nine Volumes have each been in aid of good causes including IRC In Yemen, US Bail Funds, SUFRA - a London-based Food Bank, as well as funding for Underground Music Academy, and School Of Bop - music academies working with young people in Detroit and London, respectively. The label aims to release one compilation every month, with all funds going directly to the charities chosen.

“Sueño“ is the continuation of @djgigola and @kevkoko ‘s collaboration, and marks the 6th installment of Live From Earth Klub imprint (LFEK006). The 2-track-release presents two different ideas of club music. The lead track, “Sueño“ (Side A) is a dreamy yet bass-driven composition featuring DJ Gigola’s soft vocals. Side B shows a breaky high-energy approach towards nostalgic rave culture. The EP will be released February 14th 2020 in digital formst as well as limited press of 500 hand numbered vinyl copies.
