Monocle 24 is Monocle’s round-the-clock radio station that launched in October 2011 and is broadcast from our headquarters at Midori House in Marylebone. You can listen live via our player at monocle.com, as well as downloading shows from our site, iTunes or SoundCloud; we also have a handy app. 

The station delivers news and comment, plus magazine shows covering a range of topics including food and drink, urbanism, design, culture, business and print media. Our newsgathering operation includes bureaux in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Zürich, New York and Toronto, as well as dedicated correspondents in over 30 cities from São Paulo to Sydney.


Design Matters by Debbie Millman features interviews with designers, artists and cultural leaders, including Lawrence Weiner, Barbara Kruger, Malcolm Gladwell, Eric Kandel, Stefan Sagmeister, John Maeda, Jonathan Hoefler and Tobias Frere-Jones, Michael Arad, Milton Glaser, Massimo Vignelli, Paula Scher, Steven Heller, Jonah Lehrer, among others.

In 2011, Design Matters received the People’s Design Award from the prestigious Cooper-Hewitt National Design Awards.

Richard and Allison's Super Happy Fun Time rose up from the ashes of Weekend Watches, morphing into a show for the Simply Syndicated community of listeners. We went live and opened the phone lines to connect with each other, share the things that have made the week great, and bring some fun to the weekend. It also showed that the community could support each other through life's challenges, and bring the most wonderfully diverse group of people together. 

Saturdays ain't the same without it, and the now legendary Christmas Eve Specials mark the beginning of the holidays for Synners everywhere. If Movies You Should See is the heart of Simply Syndicated, then SHaFT is its soul.

Off Camera is hosted by photographer/director Sam Jones, who created the show out of his passion for the long form conversational interview, and as a way to share his conversations with a myriad of artists, actors, musicians, directors, skateboarders, photographers, and writers that pique his interest.
