His own productions have been supported by industry heavyweights like Diplo, Gorgon City, Adriatique and Carlita, accumulating over 30 million streams. His music is signed to leading labels such as Anjunadeep, Realm Records, [PIAS] and This Never Happened.

Jesse Chen is a rapidly emerging talented Taiwanese Techno DJ. In 2019, he co-founded Pleasure Always Brings Pain (PABP) with visual designer Sebastian Wu.

Known for his sultry dark techno & deep house sets in Taipei, Jesse consistently surprises his audience with liberal queerness, diversity, and inclusivity. His meticulous selection of beats highlights powerful deep techno, enriching the dance floor with intricate details. Over the years, Jesse has invited esteemed acts such as Perc, Henning Baer, Emika, Daniela La Luz, Parallx, MCMLXXXV (Herrensauna), Introversion, MELATRONIX (aka Elad Magdasi & Mathias Weber), and the legendary Berlin techno/post-punk figure Mark Reeder to Taipei.

His DJ sets blend tracks from various eras and genres, rooted in techno yet embracing lesser-heard sounds in Taipei. Jesse's talent has earned him recognition, leading to performances at Spectrum Formosa, Pawnshop, Grey Area, and more.
