From Troy, New York, born Conor Hawk Cubit, under the aquarius zodiac, siohmosis is an RnB/Pop/Soul Singer & Producer. Blending his music with his heritage and life story, siohmosis is the Abenaki word meaning “Little Hawk.” si8mosis is the name he was given at birth by his mother and grandmother. The spirit of the hawk, intentionally chosen to be the one to guide, protect, and teach him through his journey in this life. His newest EP “Little Hawk” is paying homage to his heritage and to those who came before him; his mother, aunt, uncle, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Though the issues he sings about are his own, they are sung about in honor to the loss and pain the Abenaki people have felt, lived, and triumphed over. We are still here.

Throughout the years, Nathan has shared the decks at warehouse parties, festivals, and club events with several industry giants including Atish, Brian Cid, Darin Epsilon, Dave Seaman, Davi, Mark Farina, Serge Devant, Soul Button, Tara Brooks, and Quivver. He has been featured on top internet radio sites and podcasts such as Global Transmission, Husa Sounds, 8day, Proton Radio, Diesel FM, Digitally Imported, and is the host of Synectics on Friskyradio. Nathan’s DJ sets capture his ‘beautifully dark’ signature sound while displaying versatility through the spectrum of house, techno, and even drum & bass.

Since his inaugural ‘Rock Rose’ release on Polytechnic Recordings in 2012, Nathan has been rapidly gaining momentum as a respected electronic music producer.
