2AM’s passion for music begun at an early age. He started composing music when he was just a child. He played a variety of instruments and soon thereafter even begun crafting his own beats; til this day 2AM makes his own beats. 2AM started growing quickly as an artist and gained a strong following from those in his hometown of Union City, New Jersey. He has come a long way from his days of performing at his high school; now 2AM performs and hosts shows around Jersey City and New York.

 

Life hasn’t always been easy for 2AM. He had to face plenty of struggles growing up. He worked hard to help his mom and siblings. Often times this required that he’d pay the rent and put food on the table. Making 2AM's upbringing a little more unique than other artists’ stories.

 

2AM views his music and music in general as a way to express oneself. He uses his music as a creative outlet for himself and others. You could say that he is in tune with his fans and he truly puts his heart and soul into his work. 2AM draws inspiration from other artists such as Eminem, Jay-Z, The Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur, Codyak and Michael Jackson. 2AM hopes to continue to grow as an artist and to continue to make music solely for his fans and for his pure love of music.
