Podcast 391 is from Felicie, a French native now based in Amsterdam. In recent years, Felicie has quickly established herself in the electronic music scene. Known for her high-tempo grooves and fast-paced sounds, she delivers uncompromising and energetic sets under her “Fastgroove Klub” mantra.

Felicie has released music on labels like Exhale, Mord, Clergy, and Soma Records. Her debut solo vinyl, “Art of Detachment,” showcases her fusion of hardgroove with 90’s-inspired energy and modern fast rhythms.

Touring globally, Felicie has performed in Colombia, India, Canada, and Australia, and at renowned clubs like Fold, Fabrik, Tresor, Grelle Forelle, Lehmann Club, and La Machine. She recently made her second Boiler Room appearance in Paris.

When we asked Pegassi to make a mix for us, he said yes immediately. With more than 3 months to the deadline, he chilled. A little too much, and he missed the date.

Determined to get it done, Pegassi packed his DJ setup, took it on a flight to Berlin, and recorded the mixtape in his hotel room in one take before playing at a gig. The result is a raw, authentic blend of his favourite tracks at the moment, including some personal favourites he’s been blasting in the car. We love it and Pegassi loves it too and we both got a fun story to share

The mix showcases Pegassi’s current top picks, moving effortlessly across genres. From high-energy techno to house, and even some of Pegassi’s own unreleased material, it’s a snapshot of what’s been inspiring him lately. Pegassi is the musical persona of Sam Huybrecht from Antwerp, Belgium. He first gained attention when his remix of ‘No Type’ shot to #1 on SoundCloud’s global charts. His sound blends techno, trance, house, and hip-hop, and has caught the attention of industry heavyweights like Anetha, Patrick Mason, TRYM, VTSS, and Joyhauser.

Pegassi has performed at major events such as Intercell, Modul’air, Die Rakete, and the legendary Pukkelpop festival. His track ‘Yoyoyo’ became a club anthem, earning support from top DJs including Solomun and Joris Voorn.

Bij deze een kleine surprise: ik ben een samenwerking aangegaan met Below Zero! Zij luisterden vaak naar mijn muziek en vonden het vet als ik een set voor hen zou maken als kickstarter voor de promotie van hun aankomende event op 7 december. 💿

De set die ik in elkaar heb gezet, is gebaseerd op een paar nummers die zij mij hadden gegeven. En als kers op de taart kan ik alvast verklappen dat ik op hun volgende event op 24 mei 2025 ga draaien. 💥

Nog een kleine announcement: ik ben tot januari/februari 2025 aan het backpacken in Zuid-Amerika, maar dat houdt me niet tegen! Ondanks dat ik ver van huis ben, gooi ik elke maand een nieuwe "Sweat Set" online, met deze samenwerkingsset als startpunt. 🌍🎶

Malugi - On The Record #244

Closing your own party on the Saturday night of ADE, I don't think it gets better than that. It's hard to describe how in tune this whole building was; it felt like we were on our own little island for eight hours straight. I've watched everything unfold in awe, from the massive queue of people wanting to get in when the doors opened to the packed main room still giving it their all at 8am. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This was perfect.
