Theia Daja, formerly known in the music scene as MAO AL, is a Colombian Disc Jockey and producer based in Madrid.

Theia Daja's project was born as a result of the need to focus and redirect all the professional experience accumulated through more than 6 years as MAO AL to focus all efforts on offering a more solid and specialized project through a careful balance between innovation and homage to Techno's past. Theia Daja creates a sound that perfectly combines the essence of classic beats, with an eclectic style without label and timeless that seeks a sensory journey not only at dancefloor level but also mentally and emotionally through hard-hitting bass, broken and marked percussions, with textured riffs and some vocals, immersing the listener in loops with constant movement.

Behind the decks, his dynamism, presence and deep awareness of sound aesthetics are qualities that stand out in his performances and have gradually led him to tour multiple clubs and parties in the country (Industrial copera, Blackworks, Cosmo, Skin, Studio 76, Sala on, Fernweh, to name a few) and also made presentations abroad (Helsinki, Berlin, Amsterdam).

His productions have been released on national and international labels such as Diffuse Reality, Ōtomo Trax (Sist. Obscuur Rec.), Xelima Rec. among others, receiving support from artists such as SPFDJ, Lilith, Vinvar, Mila Black, giving visibility to his tracks in clubs such as Bassiani, to name a few.

Theia Daja's approach is one of continuous learning and the search for new inspirations, always faithful to the original roots of techno, creating an innovative sound that characterizes him and forces him to keep pushing the conceptual boundaries.

quien a sus 13 años escucho por primera vez los sonidos electrónicos y tuvo su primera interacción con la cultura y con la mesa de mezclas, quien ha sido influenciado por grandes artista del techno puro tales como OSCAR MULERO, HECTOR SANDOVAL (aka TENSAL), VALENTIN CORUJO (aka KESSELL), PFIRTER, JUAN RICO (aka REEKO) entre otros.
 En el trascurrir de los años a luchado por mantenerse y fomentar la cultura y la música, sus dj sets se caracterizan por sus sonidos hipnóticos, contundentes, que buscan crear una atmosfera de viaje mental, oscuro pero sin dejar de lado la pista de baile. 
Sus dj sets ya han sonado en el colectivo nacional e internacional STATIONGROUP en cabeza del gran DJ y artista reconocido ADO.  sus presentaciones en  el CLUB TECHNO ROYAL,EN PEREIRA uno de los clubs con mas fuerza en la escena TECHNO  de esta ciudad y país.
