WHAT THEY MEAN FOR THE PUBLIC AND POLICE

Illegal raves can be disruptive for local communities.

They can also result in damage to commercial premises, the countryside or farmland and can pose a danger to those attending and the public.

Sometimes it can be difficult to disperse large groups once a rave has begun due to safety risks and other logistical challenges such as transport.

Stopping them from happening is a better option and you can help. If you see the signs, report it!
