Gavin Griffin, also known as GMJ, has been a prominent figure in underground
electronic dance music for nearly 3 decades.
Forging a successful career as a DJ, event organizer and producer, Gavin is a
pioneering force in the Melbourne scene and has performed all over the globe.
Playing alongside some of the world’s leading names in progressive, it was a natural
evolution that Gavin would bring his passion for hypnotic soundscapes and deep
grooves to the studio setting.
In 2007 the GMJ project was born and has since landed on iconic imprints including
Replug, Sudbeat, AnjunaDeep, Proton, Parquet, Balance Music, Hoomidaas and many
more.
Spacious yet powerful, the GMJ sound has been supported by luminaries such as
Hernan Cattaneo, Cid Inc, Guy J, Nick Warren, Alex O’Rion, and regularly features on
the front pages & charts of the world’s biggest dance music retailer Beatport.com, with
numerous top 10 entries and a rise to the top 10 selling artists on beatstats in the genre.
Touring has followed extensively through his native Australia and beyond to locations
such as Sri Lanka, Netherlands, London, Glasgow, Serbia, Norway, Malta, Budapest,
Japan, India, New Zealand, Noumea and many more.
Alongside great friend and collaborator Matter, the pair formed their “Meanwhile
Recordings” imprint in 2020, which has gone on to become one of the most acclaimed
and respected labels in progressive house, housing the pairs own productions and
becoming a destination imprint for the world's best.
With productions, the labels and tours scaling to new heights, the future is unfolding in
luminous waves!

Tomás García is a DJ and electronic music producer from Mendoza, Argentina. From an early age, Tomás was drawn to electronic sounds, a fascination that would soon become a passion to which he would dedicate much of his life. Influenced by the big names in electronic music, he began to explore and experiment with the rhythms and sounds that defined the genre, establishing a unique connection with music from his early years.
In 2022, Tomás took an important step in his career by making his debut on several renowned record labels. His productions, full of creativity and freshness, quickly began to attract attention in the global electronic scene. Throughout the year, his tracks received support from major international DJs and producers, including influential figures such as Hernán Cattáneo, Mariano Mellino, Guy J, and Sahar Z, among others. This support from highly prestigious artists allowed his music to reach increasingly wider audiences, consolidating his name as one of the most promising producers in the region.
Throughout his career, Tomás has released music on highly prestigious labels such as Juicebox Music, Mango Alley, Proportion, and Genesis Music, among others. Each of these releases has been a showcase of his ability to fuse emotional and sophisticated sounds, with a unique focus on atmosphere and musical evolution.
The year 2024 was an important milestone in his career when he debuted on the prestigious label Proportion, run by the renowned Dmitry Molosh. With the release of two original tracks, Tomás demonstrated his maturity as a producer and his ability to connect with a global audience, generating great anticipation and receiving praise from both fans and important figures in the genre.
Looking to the future, Tomás has high expectations for 2025, with the release of his first EP on Mango Alley, one of the most influential labels in the scene. This project promises to continue consolidating his reputation as one of the most talented and promising producers in electronic music.
Throughout his career, Tomás García has proven that beyond his undeniable talent, his work ethic and dedication have earned him the respect of the electronic community. Dissident mainstay Abstrakt.Digital returns to the label following his top 5 multi-genre release “Vox Aeterna” earlier this year! With Shadow, AD calls forth a darker driving progressive sound, summoning arcane forces and employing ancient hermetic principles to bring balance to dance floors everywhere; and enlisting two legendary remixers in the process. We’ve been excited for this release for some time, and we are happy to share it with you now.

The original mix is a straight up 4/4 progressive banger, a certified floor-mover worthy of the wizardry it calls to mind. Lush melodies intertwine themselves with mystic chants and driving beats to deliver a treat for progressive and melodic house lovers everywhere. Gai Barone takes things to an even deeper and darker place, while Noel Sanger turns in a belter of a dirty progressive breaks remix. Both remixers add their inimitable touch while remaining true to the spirit of the original, for a properly well-rounded package.

This Shadow falls across the land just in time for Spooky Season, and will release worldwide on Halloween. We hope you love this one just as much as we do!
