Jaijiu is an audiovisual artist hailing from Buenos Aires. Influenced by Argentine and Latin American club sounds, Jaijiu takes sounds and samples typically associated with carnaval and latin nightlife, reconstructing them into a definitive expression of post-club composition and storytelling. He has worked alongside colleagues in Buenos Aires to find a new sound that is rapidly spreading to other hemispheres. In 2019, Jaijiu and other collaborators started a record label called “Rebote Discoteca”, aiming to showcase contemporary and experimental club sounds emerging throughout Latin America. In 2024, Jaijiu extended his reach and the exposure of latin club sounds to Canada by collaborating with Max Ammo (AKA El Ángel Exterminador) to create club night Cadena. He has a massive discography spanning original productions, club edits and remixes.

For this mix, Jaijiu showcases his favorite tracks of the moment, his influences, and ends the mix with a barrage of his own creations, showcasing the most interesting sounds coming out of latin and south america.
