Introducing @groove-from-heaven, a France-based multidisciplinary DJ/producer duo who has been pushing its own approach to dance music since 2016. 

With a hefty inclination to collect and play eclectic music in all its hues, this joint effort draws inspiration from 90’s house, acid, disco, synth-pop, balearic jams and all of the forms in between.

In November 2023 they release their first ever EP on the Australian imprint Planet Trip Records entitled « NO RUSH », presenting 4 various cuts going from downtempo to house, with a remix from the one and only Lipelis.

The roots of South African music run DEEP. Since the days of Miriam Makeba, the country has produced a stream of unique music and developed multiple homegrown scenes.

Some essential reissues & compilations notwithstanding, huge chunks of this heritage remain unheard here in the north. Through this 3 hour live mix, seasoned selector & archivist Galactic Mace aims to alleviate that. 

Through a network of connections, he has sourced a selection of hot RSA dance jams covering styles from disco to bubblegum and kwaito to house. Most songs were only ever released locally on cassette, vinyl or CD.
