Anlässlich der feierlichen Schnapszahl begrüßen wir einen guten Freund im Igelkarussell: Glenn Shaw, vor allem unter den GießenerInnen vielleicht noch als Passierschein A38 in Erinnerung, schenkt uns und euch einen längst überfälligen Mix. Dieser wird von Zahlen und deren Symbolik begleitet, denn nicht nur die 77, sondern auch die 💯 spielt eine wichtige Rolle - Letztere steht für 100% Produktionen aus dem Hause Shaw! Sogar in Glenns bereits langjähriger Aktivität hinter den Decks stellt ein kompletter Mix aus Eigenproduktionen eine Premiere dar. Wir sind schwer begeistert von seiner Schaffenskraft und freuen uns daher umso mehr darüber, euch diese gute Stunde voller geballter und brandneuer Sound-Energy präsentieren zu dürfen!

Spätestens seit seinem Release für Kater Kiosk ID dürfte sich herumgesprochen haben, dass der Mann mit seinen schottlischen Wurzeln nicht nur einen Gaumen für ausgezeichnete Whiskeys, sondern auch für rollende Beats und bebende Dancefloors besitzt. Seit je her beobachten wir seine Entwicklung mit großer Begeisterung und erfreuen uns über jeden weiteren Track von ihm. Wenn Corinna nicht dazwischen gekommen wäre, würden wir ihn sicherlich auf den Bühnen der einschlägigen Festivals diesen Sommer spielen sehen. Innerstice is the musical project of Navin Larriba, who has been fully immersed in the music industry since 2012. As a key member and resident of Parable, the leading melodic techno promoter in London, he is part of the breed of artists who believe in staying true to
themselves and doing it for the love of music.

Engaging the mind and spirit through the universal language that everyone understands: music. It is this concept that Innerstice uses to navigate through life - using music as a tool for expression, connection and creating lifetime memories.

His sound represents a wide spectrum of house & techno, with a focus on deep, groovy and emotive elements. It was with punk rock that Innerstice began his relationship with music, learning to play the bass guitar when he was 12 years old. 

As his taste and interest for music developed, he got hooked to four on the floor beats. The energy and connectives of a group of people dancing away to repetitive rhythms is a highly infectious feeling that really resonates with him.

Recent years in London have seen Innerstice support artists such as Apparat, Dominik Eulberg, Adriatique, Oliver Koletzki, Worakls, Stimming, Rodriguez Jr., Eelke Klejin & Bob Sinclair to name a few, in distinctive venues such as Electric Brixton, Studio 338, Egg & E1.

His musical journey continues to grow organically, staying inspired and maintaining a high level of quality across his music and performances. His mandate will always remain the same, to share timeless music with the world and create everlasting memories on the dance floor.

Ich hoffe die besondere Planetenkonstellation am 25. Jan 2025 hat bei Allen auf positiv-transformative Art und Weise wie ein Blitz eingeschlagen...

Zwischenzeitlich habe ich mich beim Auflegen gefühlt wie Daniel Düsentrieb. Zuerst kein Sound beim Aufbau, weil irgendetwas mit der Verkabelung nicht gestimmt hat und dann abends immer wieder verschiedene technische Probleme. Zuerst liefen die Lautsprecher nicht synchron, später konnte ich nicht mehr richtig vorhören und am Ende gar nicht mehr... Egal - irgendwie ist es mir gelungen das Raumschiff trotzdem auf Kurs zu halten und auch wieder sicher zu landen! 🙏

Hola amigos y amigas, the episode of this month is mixed by Cris Kai a friend of ours we met in Mexcico last year and that we share some good memories with. She describes her self as "A storyteller through the development of musical journeys". 
Mexican but in the love of travelling and adventures, she has been based in Ibiza since 2010 but in 2020, universe put her in the United States where she's exploring the cosmos of electronic music production. 
With a wide experience playing in an eclectic range of venues and settings all over Europe and Latin America, she promotes high quality electronic but still organic music. Cris Kai intends to share the beauty of that sound cultivated worldwide, with a focus on cutting-edge underground and relatively unknown producers. 
Since 2018 she's been the proud host of the weekly Radio Show 'Luuma Beat' on Pure Ibiza Radio 97.2 FM, a tastemaking electronic music radio station located in Ibiza led by the well-known DJ David Moreno.
