When I create a set I don't have the single tracks in mind, but the complete whole. A fluent set, well structured and mixed doesn't need any effects. It impresses by itself and takes you on a journey or tells a story...

With my own producions i am close to Goatrance and sometimes classic Early-Trance ('90-'95). Each new track i made tells a new story. I try to compose memorable melodies, find new sounds, create a unique atmosphere. I dont use samples. All is made with hard- and software, Analog and digital synthesizers and drum computers. :)

As a DJ i played at many parties and festivals: Odyssee, Freqs, Antaris, Frühlingszaubertraum, many small parties in Berlin, some parties in Belgium, Hamburg, NRW and so on. In the past i was very focused on more hart and agressive Goatrance. Nowadays i am more open minded for different styles like Trance, Breaks and Techno as long as they are hypnotic melodic, psychedelic and/or experimental. Combine this with Goatrance its very exciting for me.

DJ Solitare is Mark Ainley, a psychedelic trance DJ representing both the Italian retro label DAT Universe (formerly DAT Records) and the legendary Tsuyoshi Suzuki's label Matsuri Digital. A classically-trained musician still working in the classical industry, Mark has been active in the psy scene since 1994 and has evolved a mixing style that fuses the formative sounds of the psychedelic trance movement with the latest productions, a blend of old and new, to create a fresh present-time dancefloor experience.

Well, then you know the spirit of Suntrip Records! Suntrip is a half French, half Belgian record label, releasing Goa trance and melodic Psychedelic trance. Suntrip Records was set up in the summer of 2004 by Fabien "Mars" Marsaud, one of the founders of the Psynews.org website and Joske "Anoebis" Vranken, a famous Belgian DJ and party-organiser. They met for the first time in 2000, for a party gathering members of Psynews.org, then met regularly, sharing the same love for melodic Goa trance. Both of them now live in Belgium. Since 2004 they are working together to promote goa-trance as much as possible via CD-releases, parties, radio shows,... :) 

New Filteria album: "Live with the Lag" will be released on Suntrip Records, 29th of april 2022. 
I will upload extracts every 2-3 days :)
