Dj Space was born and raised in Thessaloniki of Greece. He is regarded to be one of the top hip-hop producers and DJs in Greece, while being also active in house music production and in vocalism. He is specialized more in composing music than just sampling and apart from his groups (S.M.A. & Fancy Base) he has worked on composition, production, scratching and vocals with most of the top greek hip-hop artists and more.

Fancy Base are a greek music duo formed by DJ Space and DJ Soundtron. They are involved in composition and production of electronic music, especially house music. DJ Soundtron has been experimenting with all kinds of electronic music production since the early 00's. In the year 2004 him and DJ Space, formed the group "OSKAR" and their first single was released by "Harmonic Distortion Records" in the same year. OSKAR released two more singles the following years and the group paused its music activity due to involvement in different projects. In 2016 the group was renamed to Fancy Base and released its full album "First Course" in 2017.
