Sascha Matthes aka Dj Spawn ist Dj/Musiker/Produzent mit Leidenschaft zur elektronischen Musik . Geboren ist er 1977 in Hamburg, hat aber seine Kindheit und Jugend auf der Insel Föhr gelebt. Durch seine Ausbildung zum Koch in Kiel, war er oft in den Jahren 1996-2001 in der Hamburger Techno Club Szene unterwegs, was seine Liebe zu der Musik noch weiter vertieft hat.  Im Jahr 2004 hat Sascha selber begonnen mit Hardtrance, Hands up und Hardstyle via Vinyl aufzulegen. Zwischen 2006 -2010 auch Mainstream von House, Dance bis hin zu R´nB/HipHop. Seit 2019 wohnt er wieder fest in Hamburg. Inspiriert durch einige Besuche von Psy Trance/Goa Events hier in Hamburg, ist er auf das Genre Proggy, Dirty Prog/Psy Trance/Full on/Goa gewechselt. Seit September 2022 absolviert er ein Studium zum "Audio Engineer" an dem SAE Campus, um  sein eigenes Label "Xion-Soundsystem"  professionell auf zu stellen und sich dann auch beruflich seiner Leidenschaft zu widmen.

MARV MACHT TECHNO

My Name is Marvin and music has pretty much always been part of my life. I’ll skip the cliche “ever since I was a kid” story you’ve heard it a thousand times before.

I’ve been producing techno for a while now, and this year felt like the right moment to start fresh. So I chose a new name and put my older tracks up on Bandcamp.

From here on, I’ll be sharing both new and unreleased material on a regular basis. There’s quite a lot in the vault, so expect a steady flow of sounds.

My hope is that some of you will connect with what I do and if a track or two finds its way into your sets, that would mean the world to me.
