Scratch science est un label indépendant de musique électronique fondé par Dj Hertz en 2006. Ce label s’est fait connaître par la sortie de nombreux disques destinés aux turntablists, à savoir la série des grasshopper break, le ballabeat break, le reversible, tayrald break, tous ces disques sont énormément utilisés dans les battles de scratch…Mais le champs d’action ne se limite pas aux breakbeats vu qu’une série de maxis destinés aux clubs devrait voir le jour très prochainement. Les artistes affiliés à scratch science sont : DJ Hertz, Red Jacket, Difuzz, Deska, Viktor, R.ash, Silent, Le Jad…

Το «φιστικί σαλόνι» δημιουργήθηκε το 2010 στην Αθήνα και αποτελείται από τους Σίμο Παπασπύρου (βιολί, νέυ, φωνή), Αλέξανδρο Καρλή (κόντρα μπάσο, φωνή), Ελεάννα Παπανικολοπούλου (κρουστά, φωνή) και Άγγελο Πίσχινα (λαούτο, φωνή). Οι επισκέψεις στα νησιά του Αιγαίου ήταν εξ’ αρχής συχνές, δημιουργώντας μια ιδιαίτερη ζύμωση του σχήματος με την μουσική του πελάγους. Το ύφος του αποδίδεται μέσα από ένα φάσμα μουσικών ιδιωμάτων του τόπου, όπως της Ηπείρου ή της Θράκης, και των μακρινών  ριζών της ευρύτερης περιοχής. Παραδοσιακή μουσική που παίζεται σήμερα μέσα από την αίσθηση και την αντίληψη αυτής της ομάδας σ’ αυτήν την εποχή για την μουσική που δεν έχει αρχή και τέλος.

Toad is an embodiment of street culture : a skater at heart, he is also a skilled turntablist and a producer whose tracks pay respect to the classic boom bap sound. 

Having started as a dj in 2009, he stepped into the studio in 2010 and started churning out productions for short films, instrumental projects and local hip hop artists such as Bloody Hawk, Nimbus D, Moris and Mustirios Tupos. He has also shared the stage as a turntablist with hip hop artists such as Vevilos and Tetarti Ageli.
 
His sets comprise mostly hip hop from old school to the new with the use of turntable techniques like scratching and beat juggling.

Wick-it the Instigator is a multi-genre DJ and producer known as a breath of fresh air in an otherwise over-crowded EDM scene. He merges the likes of mashups, hip-hop and electronic to bring together a unique sound that you are bound to enjoy. In the last few years Wick-it has had the opportunity to play festivals like Summer Camp, Wakarusa, Camp Bisco, Imagine, Backwoods, Shambala and more. His SoundCloud page alone has garnered over 70K+ followers and over 30M+ plays. Impressive numbers like these helped land him on Billboard’s Next Big Sound chart. This isn’t just a testament to his top-notch production skills, but also his keen ability to build and harness a highly interactive online fan base.

In 2012, Microsoft recognized that direct audience connection and chose Wick-it to produce a song for their Windows 8/Angry Birds: Star Wars commercial that they blasted to millions of prime-time viewers. Even before that in 2010, Big Boi of Outkast picked up his mashup project ‘The Brothers Of Chico Dusty’ which helped projectile his popularity. To add even more fuel to the fire, in 2015 Sia picked Wick-it’s remix to be her official remix for ‘Elastic Heart’. Since then he has done official remixes for the likes of Kesha, ZZ Ward, KC & The Sunshine Band and Figure.

With successful headline tours supplemented by huge sets playing with Skrillex, Pretty Lights, GRiZ, Herobust and others, it’s obvious his talent and success extend far beyond the studio.
