My dear friend Dawn aka "D-Squared" asked me to put together a Josh Milan "Best Of" of sorts a while ago, and since she is my Girl and I love Josh Milan it seemed to be a Match Made in Heaven as they say. Mr. Milan is a Super talented Singer, Producer, Writer, Remixer and DJ to boot. Josh started his House Music career with the group Blaze in 1990 with Kevin Hedge and from there, Blaze and Josh never looked Back! Artist Info: 
Bristol-based producer Sean McCabe has had plenty of time to develop his own sound. Famously, he released his first tracks in 2003 at the tender age of 17 and has spent the last decade fine-tuning a trademark sound that is effortlessly soulful.

McCabe made his name in house, developing a long-running relationship with legendary US garage label King Street Sounds and remixing the likes of Dennis Ferrer, Evelyn Champagne King, Carolyn Harding, Blaze, and Roland Clark. Since then, he’s amassed an impressive discography of nearly 100 releases, delivering inspired reworks for labels like Local Talk, Strictly Rhythm, Vega Records, Tribe, and Quantize – plus an original solo album for Z Records.

A quick listen to any of his productions or one of his superb DJ sets will confirm this attractive, emotion-rich aesthetic. While rooted in house, his sound regularly takes on flavours of disco, boogie, Afro, deeper grooves, proto-house, ‘90s garage-house dubs and much more besides.

Wow 2020 has definitely been a year for the ages, a year that none of us will ever forget. This year has been filled with anxiety and lots of uncertainty but if you're like me you leaned on your music now more than ever. We had to shut off the TV for a while, push back the newspapers and all of the crazy news articles and just drift off into that magical place that only music can take us. Music was with us in the car, on our runs in the park and even when we danced in our living rooms with our loved ones or even just dancing by ourselves. We knew it before but 2020 helped confirm that music truly is "Medicine." This is my last recorded set for this year and I just wanted to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for all of your kind words of encouragement, thanks for sharing the mixes with your friends and thank you so much for all of your generous contributions (Via My Ca$h app below). Music Is Medicine

It was 1980 in Detroit Michigan where I first fell in Love with this Music. I was 13 years old and the Music of Choice for Me and my Friends was Progressive Dance Music. We didn't know it at the time but We were actually creating a Musical Lifestyle of sorts that would follow many of us the rest of our lives.

Sure there would be periods when no music was bought and no new mixes were produced, but time would go by and before you knew it This Music Thing would just Grab hold to Me again...

In 2012 My Musical Journey started again! This dance music would prompt me to start mixing on the web via my YouTube Channel with over 45K followers, and Soundcloud with over 5K and counting... This music would even take me around the U.S and as far away as Beijing China to DJ (Twice). I'm  really excited now more than ever because I am are currently living in Miami and DJing at my residency at N'Namdi Contemporary Gallery.
