It had been a long time since I had done a remix/bootleg/edit of a song with a low BPM and that had a message about being away. Since I was going to play at "Cremozin", a zouk party of "creamy" songs, after a long time without playing in the place where I live due to traveling, I decided to make this exclusive bootleg for the party. This song, "Wherever you will go", says how much you miss something when you are away. And that's how I feel when I'm away from my home, city and my friends for a long time.

DJ Nerds: As my first set for MMM, not having played for the event before, this was very much for calibrating and calculated experimentation; intentionally introducing different music genres, energies, and moods to try to find what connected with the room, sitting in those pockets just a bit longer before changing up the equation again.

DJ Nerds: For my Saturday set theme, I decided to riff off of DJ Rx who was playing the set opposite me in the main room. Knowing him, his set (titled "The Dark Beneath the Waves") was going to be dark, punchy, and characteristically "Rx". Countering him, I named my block "The Light Above the Waves", opting for songs and textures that were more relaxed, light, and airy throughout.

As I wrap up my Zouk Diverse sets, I wanted to send a big ❤️ to Daniel, Dominika, and team for inviting me for my Europe debut and for putting on a really excellent event. Y'all rock!
