I really didn't think I'd be DJing again this much after having quite a bit of trouble with my health over the past seven years. BUT, back in December, I seemingly climbed out of a dark hole and have been playing pretty much non-stop every weekend since, culminating in this last EPIC weekend at *Wicked Woods Music Festival! What a beautiful way to not only end the summer, but also mark a beautiful return to the music festival scene. Wicked Woods is held in Fairmont Hot Springs in the Columbia Valley, which is actually where it all began for me back in the late '90s. [Golden, BC]

I decided to move to Vancouver Island in 2009, and yes, I’ve been back to play, but the last time I was in the Columbia Valley was in 2017!

It was so incredibly amazing to see SO MANY buddies at this event. It felt like a real homecoming! I am forever grateful to Tracy Mihajic and Murphy for believing in me and supporting me to show up and rock a two-hour Monday morning set at The Unicorn Lounge! I had the best time! Watching the sun come over the mountains and shine on everyone's faces was such a treat. Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared the Love! I had so many friends surrounding me, it felt like a dream.

And, I am always so grateful for the ongoing love and support of my wicked husband, Tony. I likely wouldn't have been able to make it, if not for him. We really needed this too! We had a blast frolicking in the WOODS!

This set is also dedicated our sweet little Ivan The Cuddler (our beloved Cat of 14 years) who sadly passed on the same day that I played. We'll miss you buddy, your love will always live on in our hearts!

I hope you enjoy listening to this set as much as I loved dj'ing it! Huge props to all the producers who work tirelessly to make such great music!
