Fortunately he had one advantage, growing up on the outskirts of New York City gave Tom the opportunity to explore a multitude of musical genres and sounds. Before ever even touching a turntable Tom was a music lover whether it was funk and soul, 80′s or the latest hip hop and pop Tom was playing it on his home stereo. By the time Tom entered high school he had already made a name for himself deejaying any and all events that would allow a 15 year old to play.

Fast forward – starting out young would ultimately give Tom the foundation and confidence to command the fast paced, ever evolving New York club scene. Staten Island based DJ Stacks Is quickly becoming one of the most recognized names In the New York City club circuit. Starting at the early age of 13 he began distributing Mixtape Cd's throughout New York City to create a buzz for his name. At the age of 20 he entered New York City's most elite night clubs Deejaying at the hottest parties with many celebrities. Stacks has been mentioned numerous times on Page Six for his parties with Rihanna, Leonardo Dicaprio, Khloe Kardashian, Nicki Minaj & many more. He now holds a weekly residency at Tao in downtown Manhattan along With "Tuesday Baby Tuesday" the longest running party in NYC history. He's been known for breaking records over the past years, he was the first DJ to premiere the Hot Boy Remix with Bobby Shmurda and French Montana back in 2014. And the first to break Desiigner's smash hit "Panda" in the clubs. Stacks also holds a position on radio. He is currently working as a daily show producer, Assistant Mix show Coordinator and Mix show DJ on the legendary Hot 97.  In the beginning of 2018 he dropped his first single "Whip Whip" featuring Big Daffi. And is currently supporting upcoming artists worldwide with his Heavyhits DJ crew. Supra as a teenager, was heavily influenced by his environment. With a vast collection of friends his taste in music took all forms. Recently Supra has been able to take his talents overseas. Testing the waters in Germany, Turkey and Dominican Republic. Supra has been able to adapt and begin transitioning into a staple piece in the international DJ world.

 

When asked why are you still a DJ? Supra says, “Coming from NYC it’s never really been about me. The initial set up was for me by me, but the people that believe in me day in and day out are what take me on for the long haul. If you’re a star your going to shine so I don’t do it for me even though I love music and performing I always carry my people on my back.”
