After some rabbit hole research, I wound up finding the video of Rick Rubin's dialogue, where he shared his thoughts on creativity on one of Joe Rogan's podcasts.

For over 20 years, Steve Hill has been dedicated to the Harder Styles movement. In that time he has become one of the biggest selling acts in Hard Dance….worldwide! Having amassed over 500 productions in his discography, notching up appearances on nearly one million physical singles sales and over two million compilation units, the aptly nicknamed “pint sized juggernaut”, head honcho of The Masif Organisation, and co-owner of the internationally acclaimed Masif nightclub in Sydney, Australia, he is certainly a force in the Harder Styles scene.
