It’s quite different from the other 12 or 13 versions of Black Magic (or Blakk Majikk with Nikki-Layne) composed back in previous years, and I am super happy with it.
My first time really going ham and giving Trap a real shot; Super fun genre, and a hell of a lot different than what I’m used to making!

Now, for some more future bass. This time, I teamed up with the fantastically talented ExplodingPonyToast, the head of the Ponies at Dawn team and an all around great guy. This track seemed to fit both of our styles almost perfectly, and we worked so well together that we had this finished with time to spare.

This song had a bit of a mixed vision for me, as I tried to capture something rather upbeat, while still keeping a downplayed tone between verses. I think I managed to get what I was after, so I'm happy.

It was awesome to work with EPT, and I hope we can make many more tracks together in the future!
