Another beautiful mix this week for the Sunset Lovers is coming from a UK-based DJ, Producer, and all-around music-obsessive vinyl collector, with many years of delving into the more interesting nooks and crannies of the underground dance scene Magnetic Soul.

This DJ and disco adjuster with a deep love of music and discovering forgotten grooves for dubbed-out reworks to share on a label like Rare Wiri, Spa in Disco, Dab Hand, Rotating Souls, Midnight Riot, Kojak Giant Sounds, and Editorial.
He loves playing long eclectic DJ sets weaving all aspects and influences across Balearic, disco, classic boogie, funk, a proto-house into a more deep house sounds for dance floors, audiophile bars, or shows on 1BTN radio.

A long-time vinyl addict with years absorbed in the underground dance scene inspired thru the mid-90s in Manchester clubs and local radio stations.  Moved to Birmingham to work in dance record shops and run Floatation party for many years, with 2 rooms playing deep house and eclectic disco sounds in a bar, great party vibes, and freedom to play all aspects of his record collection to open-minded friends and party people.
When he moved to London, he continued to delve further into the roots of disco, soul, and dance influences, searching out tracks in need of some Magnetic Soul love and readjustments.

More sunbathed melodies for the Sunset Lovers this week come from one passionate balearic selector from Cambridgeshire, UK, Mikee, well-known as Balearic Unlimited.

Balearic Unlimited story is one of a lifelong love of music. 

Mikee has been playing at many events and parties since the late 90s. With the advent of digital platforms, he has been able to further play out at local venues by appearing at Pikes Hotel Ibiza, The Secret Garden Party, WOM, and DeFest.

He has also collaborated with Back to The Beach, ESC, Brum Radio Collective (with Tom Belte), and Rising Edge Radio. Returning to Pikes Poolside this year, and with some great gigs incoming, Mikee submitted a mix for Sunset Lovers that includes new and old music of the kind he would play in his early evening sets.
