As we draw to the end of our second year, winter 2012 sees the third instalment of Liquid Drumz events taking place in the UK! We return once again to the intimate surroundings of the Plan B basement for our most exciting party yet, as we join forces with London based promotion innerSoul, who over the last year have been gaining a reputation for hosting some quite fantastic parties here in the capital.

Representing Liquid Drumz we are very proud to introduce Brazilian DJ/Producer DuoScience to London who will be making his debut UK performance at Plan B! Flying in all the way from Sao Paulo, Brazil, we are both really excited to have him play for us. He was introduced to music from a young age watching his uncle in the samba and spending his teenage years listening to a wide variety of different styles, his production manages to capture his eclectic music taste and he delivers beautiful drum and bass time and time again. His talents have been recognised by a number of liquid labels and he has releases on Fokuz, Luv Disaster and V.Records to name just a few. This is a UK exclusive and the only place to catch this up and coming talent outside of Brazil this year is Plan B on the 15th of December!

"DJing pulls me into the here and now – into a higher state of vitality. Free from problems. Free from thoughts.." 
Since the early 90s, DJ Upzet has been a devoted fan of electronic music. From the very beginning, he was drawn to Acid Techno, Rave, and Trance. In 1997, at just sixteen, he discovered his all-consuming love for Drum & Bass and and within a year, he was behind the decks. In 2001, he had begun organizing Dnb events in and around Mannheim, which, at the time, was Germany’s DnB capital city.
In 2009, Upzet made the move to Berlin, where he continued DJing and commenced promoting club event series like "Out of Mind", "Step higher", "Infected", "Lucid Dreaming", and other special party nights. Fast forward to 2015, he has been running the VOID Berlin, which he recently managed to enlarge. Thus, today, he is the owner and operator of VOID Club and VOID Hall. 
During the pandemic lockdownn, he reconnected with music production. His first track was released on Scientific Records with more to follow soon.
Today, Upzet’s signature styles are Liquid, Deep, Dark, Tech, Neuro, and Jumpup, though he’s no stranger to mixing Oldskool Jungle, Happy Breaks, or even Dark and Melodic Techno - bringing an infectious energy to every set. Above all, he crafts his mixes with one core principle: harmony.
