This set is a journey within, into the various different sides of who we are and what we feel.
Quite often it is quiet before the storm, and after the storm the weather of ourselves can become quiet again. Just as fast as the sun can cast its rays upon you from behind a wall of a cloudy sky, it can disappear into the clouds again, when least expected.

But even in the darkness, there is a glimmering treasure to be found, and in the light there is a way to the deep dark blue.

Neither of them are good or bad, perspective is all that matters.

Up and down, light and darkness, life and death.

Dj Ushvalon creates meaningful and moving experiences with music. When I'm behind the decks, there is no shortage of emotions. I offer unique sounds ranging from touching and soothing soundscapes, all the way to atmospheres of sorrowful, harsh and dark depths. 

When it comes to making a new set, I use great care in selecting and compiling the tracks, quite meticulously building a journey, telling a coherent story in sound with a clearly selected theme.

The genres in my sets revolve around different subcategories of ambient, field recordings, neo/modern classical and cinematic. Quite rarely I also play radically different and more rhythmical sets with an emphasis on IDM, bass music, psybient, neoclassical and darker ambient.

I have played for six years now, mainly in different underground parties and forest gatherings/festivals. Nowadays I don't play that many gigs, as I am investing a lot of my time working on other fields of music. Feel free to ask me out to play though, I'm always open to new suggestions!
