PROTOBASE is a Psytrance/Trance project by Ralf Dietze based in Berlin. He is a music producer, DJ and sound designer.

Ralf is a former member of the legendary project Protonica. He has been shaping the international Psytrance scene for three decades. From Europe to Asia to Australia as well as North and South America, Ralf has played the world with his music and made the dance floors glow with his driving, powerful and melodic sound. Countless and unique memories have remained and have clearly imprinted themselves in the hearts of the fans.

Ralf's electronic roots have their origins in the Acid Techno of the early days as well as in his love for old synthesizer music. Collecting records was his great passion back then. His DJ beginnings (Ralle Aus Halle) can be dated to the mid-90s. This was followed by an event decoration project (Sehnsedahastes) and a radio show. Ralf moved from Halle (Saale) to Berlin in 2005 to study sound design. He successfully completed his studies. In 2004 he founded Protonica together with Piet Kämpfer.

With PROTOBASE, Ralf creates a new basis to bring melodic structures and elements from Trance and Goa back into Psytrance - the musical core elements of his past and ingredients for the future - his heart's desire! Because: "Music is an attitude towards life, balm for the soul and makes the heart happy!“

Since 2025, he also teams up with Swiss artist DRUIDIUM as PROTONIUM, exploring EnergyPsy and Psytrance. Together they joined PSYPOOL Records (Switzerland) - a label that bridges spiritual energy with technical excellence, ranging from deep, immersive FullOn to energetic progressive elements driven by emotional intention and dynamic power.

Ralf also hosts the PSYTRANCE GEMS radio show on DI.FM and explores the world of Techno under his alias COLLIDR - an outlet for his hypnotic, driving electronic expression.

The Creative Universe of Björn Olsson**

**A Journey Through Sound and Vision**  
Nestled in the vibrant city of Gothenburg on Sweden's enchanting west coast, Björn Olsson is a visionary artist who has made waves in the music and art scenes since the mid-90s. His first foray into the rave culture began with crafting dazzling UV backdrops for psytrance parties, quickly earning him recognition among fellow producers. Björn's mesmerizing artworks have adorned EPs, compilations, and album covers, showcasing his talent in blending visual art with auditory experiences.

**Legendary Roots in the Underground**  
As the founder of the iconic Trolltyg forest parties (2001-2008), Björn has shaped Sweden's underground rave landscape. This pioneering event transformed into a legendary gathering that continued to draw crowds, hosting renowned artists from both the psytrance and techno realms. Trolltyg wasn't just a party; it's was a cultural phenomenon, steeped in the spirit of community and music.

**Musical Evolution**  
In 2003, Björn launched his music career under the name DIFFUS, embracing the essence of old-school Goa and psytrance with a fresh, progressive twist. Over the years, his sound evolved into a captivating Dark Progressive and Forest Progressive style, pulsating between 136-142 BPM and seamlessly blending into the realms of forest psy and psytech.

In 2015, Björn expanded his creative repertoire with his second project, BEORN. This endeavor began as an exploration of experimental sounds using hardware synths and drum machines. With no genre constraints, the project initially embraced a lower BPM, allowing Björn to carve out his unique sonic landscape. The result? A genre-defying blend of 120-132BPM progressive House and peaktimeTechno infused with progressive psy vibes. 
His debut EP, 
*BEORN - HyperAcusis*,
 hit the shelves on April 20, 2024, under PsyGnosis Records, solidifying his place in the music scene.
and he is now working on an album aimed for a release in fall of 2025

**Collaborative Endeavors: SMUTS**  
In the spring of 2024, BEORN joined forces with fellow producer M!ST to create the duo project SMUTS (meaning Filth/Grime/Dirt). This collaboration ventures into the realm of harder and darker techno, with their electrifying remix of Black Sabbath's "War Pigs" becoming an instant dancefloor anthem. Fans can eagerly anticipate their upcoming debut EP

VANCE (SE, LANDMARK RECORDS) 
Mats aka Vance, is 45 year old Psy/Progressive established label dj for Landmark records (Germany) and for Digital natures before that and who lives in the South of Sweden in a Town called Helsingborg. The initial contact with trance music was in 1993, and from the first moment he was in love with it. Vance was one of the the beginner in makin partys in late 90s.and the man behind events Echoes vibrations in Sweden and othe projects.
 
Vance style can be described as mix of styles psycadelic and progressive and litle bit techno in his sets and trys to explore and getting new diffrent sounds in in the journey of sets. Vance always wants to get better in his way of mix sometimes he plays with the limits to test how the crowd react. He loves to take the crowd on a creative journey in his dj sets  when he performs. Making people connect and interact on the dance floor is one of his goals.
In the beginning of 2000 Vance travelled to various festivals around Europe to find more inspiration and so he did! In 2006 he took a more serious view on DJ’ing  after a break.
He has played at many indoor parties, as well as open air events, all over Sweden and International gigs in Germany like Fusion Festival 2015 and also many partys aroud Europe and some radioshows in Greece and Germany and all over Europe

Electronic musicmaker and DJ from the south of Sweden. I started making music as a teen, been in lots of bands and started producing music in reason in the early 2000´s. Daddy's influences comes from  the 60:s to the 80´s. Daddy listens to electronic music artist as Royksop, Air and Daft punk. On the other hand Motown, funk, soul, jazz and oldies...

When Amelia Mae graces the decks the mood changes as she lifts the energy with her tribal techno/house, soulful melodies & infectious smile. She hails from Melbourne, & known amongst the industry as the Sorceress of refined DJ sets, but these days her focus is production. With a passion for electronic music spanning many decades, she started out her journey as a DJ back in 2000 when the scene world-wide was exploding. Prior to this, being classically trained in flute, guitar & bass. Over the years she’s set a standard performing at mainstream events, & supporting touring artists such as Christian Smith, Wehbba, Dosem, Perfect Stranger, Citizen Kain, Adana Twins, Weiss, Atmos & Peter Juergens/Peter Gun/Ten Madison to name just a few.
 
2011 saw her take the crown for the Australian Pioneer Pro Dj Search, performing back then as Sorceress, which gained massive support from the EDM. Respected sets have included opening Rainbow Serpent (2014), warming up for Marc Dosem at Maitreya (2015), headlining The Half Moon Party Thailand & opening night for the Oregon Eclipse Gathering, UKI Art Car (2017). She’s also featured at most of Australia’s iconic festivals such as Subsonic & Strawberry Fields, Rainbow Serpent Festivals/Rainbow Spirit, Future Music Events, 2012 Cairns Solar Eclipse, Akasha Festivals, Earth Festival NYE, Wide Open Space, Manifest, Earth Frequency, Winter Solstice, Fractangular, Tribeadelic Events, Babylon, Chi Wow Wah Town & many more.
 
As a solo artist, Amelia has refined her style consisting of intricate rhythms & soaring melodies across techno & house with a soulful & uplifting edge. Production wise her collaboration with Marta Kodo produces a more eclectic & deeper melodic/organic house repertoire with releases on Deepsessions Greece, Solardish Germany, G-Mafia Brazil, Brise Records Germany, Like That Underground Germany, Avioground Milan, LuPS Amsterdam & Ready Mix Montreal, gaining airplay on Pure Ibiza Radio’s 'Instru Mental' & 'Wake Up Ibiza' programs. After receiving such a positive response to her productions, she was invited to close the station at Pure Ibiza Radio as live international guest for the summer season of 2018. With the release of EP 'Catch Me' with house tracks Round & Round (feat. Che-Rhythm), Catch Me & Clematis, there’s plenty more production works in the pipeline including a 2nd EP release for 2024 through Solardish with 'Rinsed/Cala Vadella Sunset', as she releases now under birth name Amelia Mae. Her sassy, sexy & sorcery spells take you on a journey of sound designed to bring the dance floor to new levels, as she glides & weaves her well known magic, captivating dance floors wherever she spins her craft. I’m Amanda and I have for many years listen to electronic music but it wasn’t until summer 2019 I did discover psychedelic trance and it really grabbed my heart and mind ✨  I started learning mixing already in spring 2020.   
I have found that style, which have great energy and beauty, with a mix of melodic light and mystic dark tones.
