Five years ago, my dear lifelong friend, Scott "McBalls" Bragin lost his long battle with colon cancer. The Rhythm Forever Foundation celebrates his life and all of the people that he touched with a charity run on his birthday, April 6th, every year. All proceeds donated to this charity go to fund colon cancer research. This is our second year and I am proud to say that we have doubled the number of participants from last year with a month to go. 

Each song in this mix will touch all of us that knew him in our own special way. For those participants that did not have the pleasure of his friendship, the varying genres give you an idea of how broad his reach was. I hope that you like it and think of him as you're running (or walking) in his memory on April 6th, 2024.
