Geno Bliss aka Darrell Rashad Moseley came into this world on December 26th 1989 in Prince George County, MD. He was introduced by parents Darrell Lee Moseley and Jody Lenn Bright, but was actually raised by his mom and stepfather Andrew Walker Bright. With mom marrying a military man, Geno traveled a lot in his younger years. Germany, Texas, and California were places he called home at one time in his life. He now resides in Durham, NC aka The Bull City. 
Having no knowledge of how to read or write music, Geno had an undying love for it! That love multiplied when he joined Hillside High School’s marching band. It was here he was introduced to Kwisi Justice, at the time the drum line captain of the band. With Kwisi’s skills at producing and engineering music and Geno’s talents as both a vocalist and a rapper, it was nothing to come up with the perfect sound and lay down great music! Using his childhood nickname “Geno” and his rap name “Bliss” he decided on the name Geno Bliss as his new moniker.
Fast forward a few years Geno Bliss meets Akili, a barber and the VP of Dark Crown Records. Already being signed to a label, he shares both his music and his vision with Akili. After listening to the music for days and getting good reviews in the barbershop, they agree to a management deal. Presently Geno Bliss has a CD circulating around The Bull City, working on a music video that will come out early 2014, and he’s linking up with several artists in the UK working on upcoming projects. “A goal being met, is a choice being made…nothing more!” –Geno Bliss
